One of my bank accounts stopped syncing last week. A different account from the same bank, and a completely unrelated credit card are still syncing. I've attempted the manual "update" button without luck. Today is 11/14 and the bank info still says "updated on 11/7" I am not receiving any errors. I have re-entered my login credential for the bank in QBO (and as mentioned, my other bank account at the same bank is still working). I have logged in via an incognito window and still experience the same issue. I cannot find anything that addresses this on other discussions and am completely at a loss.
downloaded transaction not displaying
I used to see the bank balance as well as the QuickBooks balance side-by-side to see any reconciliation issues. Somewhere along the way the QuickBooks balance dropped off. I attached a pic to show the difference. Others in my org still see both.

Good morning, This community helped me before when I had a batch payment from Shopify come into my bank account. I have a follow up question I'm hoping you can help me with. Shopify sends one batch payment, which is a $ amount including refund receipts, invoice payments, and shopify fees. When we have refunds, invoice payments, and shopify fees, I'm following these steps: Create the refund receipt, mark it paid by EFT, into Undeposited FundsClick ‘Receive Payment.’ Type in the customer name of one of the invoices in the payout. Select the invoice they paid, select EFT, into Undeposited Funds. Save. Do this for all remaining invoices in this batch.Click “Bank Deposit.”Select the invoices and refund receipt that are part of it.Add a transaction for the shopify fees, make the amount negative.Click Save and Close.Go into bank feed, match transaction This works great when the transaction is net positive, but today, I have a transaction that includes invoice payment
Hello,I’ve encountered a recurring issue in QuickBooks Online and could use some guidance. I use QuickBooks Payments to receive payments from clients, which are processed through QuickBooks Online. The challenge I’m facing is that many of these payments have similar amounts across multiple customers. For example, an invoice for $235.60 could apply to a dozen or more clients.Sometimes, these payments hit my bank account as a batch, combining several payments into one deposit. I track my outstanding invoices, and QuickBooks Payments handles that automatically and correctly. However, it becomes even more confusing when I make check deposits. I see the total deposit amount, but I have no idea which client payments it corresponds to.When these bank transactions appear in QuickBooks Online, I’m prompted to categorize them by selecting a customer or vendor and assigning a category. Since these transactions are related to invoices, I’m unsure if they should be categorized as sales or if there’

Hi team, I just want to know, how would I know if there's a bank that has been disconnected and what does the image below means? Is that disconnected? Thank you
Does anyone have a way to split a bank transaction using an imported csv file or some other method when categorizing imported banking transactions? Every two weeks, I pay payroll. My payroll is a large number. My payroll processor is paid in one lump sum. Every two weeks, I spend a ton of time splitting that transaction into direct salaries, indirect salaries, taxes, healthcare costs, etc. I use an csv file that my payroll provider sends me that shows me what goes into the transaction.
It’s been a couple of weeks and still haven’t seen check images in the bank feeds. The bank is TD Bank. Is there an ETA on the resolution? I tried updating the banks and still doesn’t show the images. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
bank transactions are not showing up
I just signed up and it isn't letting me view 2023 transactions.
When reviewing a long list of bank transactions that all belonged to the same Class, I used to be able to select all those transaction and click Edit, set the Class, and then Apply that edit (not Apply and Accept) so I could then classify and accept those transactions without having to enter the Class every time. This no longer works. As soon as I classify one transaction, the Edit to enter the Class on all the remaining transaction has been cleared. Can we bring this back? It was a time (and tedium) saver.
I have called Intuit tech support on three occasions to change my payroll direct deposit banking information and have been totally unsuccessful. I sent in Direct Deposit Bank Account Change form and have not heard back
