3/6/2024 I have not been able to receive any updates between QBO and First Bank for two weeks now.Error message 102 and 105.I have updated login information and disconnected / reconnected the accounts.QBO is telling me it is the bank, and the bank is telling me it is QB.I used different web browsers as well.Nothing is working.
I am the treasurer of a nonprofit organization.I am keeping the books in Quickbooks Online. I recently opened an account with Charles Schwab and purchased some treasury bills. I linked my Quickbooks Online account with my Schwab account. It brought over all my transactions, but did something I do not understand. It took the market value of my T-bills on the date I linked the accounts, and placed it in an Equity account called "Opening Balance Equity." This entry was dated the day before my initial deposit to the Schwab account, which was more than a week before I purchased the T-bills, and more than a month before I connected the accounts. I can make the Schwab account match yesterday's value if I categorize the T-bill purchases in an expense account. But when I update the connection, the "opening balance equity" doesn't update, and so now the amounts don't match in my Schwab and my Quickbooks account. This seems completely wrong to me. There is a Received From in my Bank Deposit screen that needs to be deleted because it was corrected with a new entry. How can I delete it?

Hello,In QBO how should I add/input the credit card fee that we are charged for them using their credit card for payment of their invoice?
Was able to reconcile last month but unable to reconcile all connected accounts this month. Tried using Chrome Cntrl Shft N and private browsers on Chrome and Microsoft Edge
I'm trying to match a bank transaction to an invoice payment. The invoice was paid online and QuickBooks automatically closed the invoice. When I try to match the deposit record in the banck transaction, the corresponding invoice or payment is no longer available to match, (as it has already been closed automatically by QB when the payment was made - that's what I'm assuming, but not sure). I'm pretty sure I used to be able to select the payment to match. Maybe somethig changed with the recent update!?Please help.

QuickBooks recently updated their web interface which has created issues with their automatic payments for some reason. We have several clients who set-up automatic payments, and now these payments are no longer processing. Do they have to set them back up? Is this going to be fixed?
I don't have a bar to move up or down on the side, and I cannot see all the transactions to choose the ones I need to mark as cleared.

QBO file imports stopped working recently, I searched all over net, support and community but could not find concrete answer, we made sure that all the file validations are correct (length's, special characters, etc...)Cause I discovered is, QBO import is not working in Quickbook desktop if "in fidir.txt file CREDIT service is not mentioned against the FI from lookup {BANKING, WEB-CONNECT,CREDIT, DIRECT-CONNECT or BLANK }" If I use intuit.BID for the bank which has CREDIT service mentioned in fidir.txt then same QBO file import successfully. I have several old credit card charges that are showing unreconciled. The charges are from 2019 & 2021. I do not know how these became "unreconciled". How do I make them quit showing up under the reconciliations? Thank you in advance!
