From Bank feeds the list of matching transactions from the match existing transactions option has most of the transactions to match missing. This is both transitions to match ones that existed before the problem and ones added later. The problem showed up about a week ago after a QB update that required a company file conversation. The same thing happens if I restore a backup that worked before the update. QB converts the only transaction that showed up is one from September 2023 with show last 30 days or show all. All the other transactions are missing. No nothing shows up for last 30 days and a half dozen show up with view all.I think this happened just after an update and after the update the existing company file was converted to a new format. To be clear bank feeds is working; the banking transactions show up. It is the locally created transactions like invoices and customer payments that do not show up.

I need to be able to get the transactions to load so I can match to the bills. What is the workaround for this? I've been added to the list of affected users of INV-104493 but have not heard any updates to the case.
I received the below 4000 message when trying to connect to my Chase bank for the first time. Can you please advise? Something unexpected happened and we can’t connect to Chase Bank.Try again in a few hours. (4000)
Only one of my bank accounts is connected to online banking, so i would like to merge the one that is not connected to the one that is, and not lose transations
Just received notice that the old layout will no longer be available after May 6th. This is very disappointing as the "New and Improved" layout is less efficient and feature I currently use are no longer available, i.e. Print Later for batch printing. Is anyone else frustrated by this announcement? It seems QB is removing more functionality than adding.
Phone support literally said, no one is able to tell you what the requirements for mobile deposit are.
Hi there, As what is shown in quickbook website. That we can connect our business account (Dubai Islamice Bank). But i cant find it in the bank list. So anyone’s know what’s wrong? Or where i can add my bank to quickbook?
I match inbound payment transaction to outstanding invoice but still get undefined online banking matches message on payments. The payments remain in Undeposited Funds.
I've been having issues with Quickbooks (online) connecting to my credit union (Affinity Plus FCU). I'm forced to re-authorize the connection every time I access QB--I don't have this issue with the AmEx connection. The QB representative told me that the connection to Affinity+ use "screen scraping", rather than an API call. It this true? I can't image that QB would rely on a 1990s technology for this. Ultimately, I just want the connection to my credit union to be reliable and not prompt me for credentials each time I access QB.
I've watched some videos about how to use the cash flow planner, but all assume it has both money in and out. I don't see a setting where this is controlled, though I do see that my bank(checking) account is connected.
There is a quickbooks account that I unlinked and have my business account and for some reason the deposit went into the quick books account that is not activated.
I got an invoice paid via credit card and it is not showing up in my QB checking account. How long does it take to show up?
New to quickbooks. I have been reconciling all of 2023 for work and I have got to the end of the year and have several transfers from savings to checking transactions from April left over. Is there a way I can remove these transactions without it changing my beginning balance? I have tried to delete them from my chart of accounts but I then receive an error stating the account is not ready to reconcile because my beginning balance is now off. Is there a way to remove them without undoing all my reconciliations from April on? Any help is appreciated. Thank you
Ideally, I want to change the existing credit card account to new numbers and have all my transaction history from before remain then sync going forward.
Hello I'm using QB Desktop Premier Contractor Edition 2020 and I'm running into a lot of annoyance when I try to use the Bank Feeds feature. For example, in the image below, I have the list sorted by Date (Descending) and no transactions are checked. If I go create a new QB transaction to match that $1,539.46 bank feed transaction, then QB will reset this list: it will go back to the default sort (Date Ascending), and a bunch of transactions will be checked off again according to the rules I have. How do I make it stop doing this? It's so frustrating. The window should preserve the sort I selected and it should never re-check the boxes I unchecked until I import more transactions or close the window. To be clear, this is not a new problem. It's been happening for as long as I've used QBDT 2020 and it's persisted through the various times I've already verified the files and run the QB File Doctor toolhub thing for the other unrelated problems I've had with QB over t
It will only let me upload one screenshot here, so I have posted all of them to Imgur: Screenshots This is an American Express Card and when I try to open the bank feed these errors pop up. I can't disable the feed because it says there are downloaded transactions that need to be added to the register but I can't find them. Changing the view from Advanced to either of the other two options does not help. I've tried the quickbooks hub tool to repair the company file and the installation. That also doesn't work. I've lost two whole days already because of this. Please help.
Invoices are paid via QuickBooks Payments and automatically deposited. In QBO Bank Transactions I can match the bank transaction to the auto-deposit, but this does not allow me to categorize by income account. If I use Bank Transactions to categorize the deposit instead, rather than match, I can add an income account but it does not link to the invoice and I would need to manually delete the automatically-recorded payment in order to keep the books correct, which would also leave an open invoice. What I need: I need to make a deposit that clears an invoice. That deposit needs to be categorized by income account. Thanks for your help.
Hello, we are a PEO company utilizing HR software for payrolls and other HR-related services. At the end of every month, we upload daily batch files to QB, consolidating daily expenses and incomes into a single entry in QuickBooks. So far, manual reconciliation between the bank and QB has worked well. Now, we are considering exploring bank reconciliation within QB. However, I have encountered an issue where I cannot uncheck uncleared items on the reconciliation page in QB since it was a single-day batch entry. I just wanted to inquire if there are any solutions available to resolve this issue.
QB has bank address that takes you to the generic bank sign in. The web address is more specific for commercial link to bank and needs to be updated.
Company in Australia moved to USA. Can he still use the same company file? Or does he need to start a new file?
