Quickbooks shows my bank is connected; however, it shows my bank balance as zero and will not download transactions. On the Business overview screen, it states ACCOUNT NEEDS ATTENTION but when i click on the account, it does not give any error message. - I have tried to manually update dozens of times. - I have disconnected and reconnected the bank account - I have used several different browsers, cleared caches, tried incognito mode - I have even tried on my phone manually updating, disconnecting and reconnecting the account and still getting nothing. - I have even purged my account twice, deleting all the data. I am totally at a loss and about to just cancel my account and move on.
My Drop down boxes will not work
Data transfer does not include description in sufficient detail. Unwanted characters.
Eg: I received a deposit for $500. I need to assign $350 to Tag A and $150 to Tag B. If I add them at the top, when doing a tag report, it will show the $500 for both Tag A and Tag B rather than their respective amounts.
Can't connect to bank
I have an error on the bank feeds authorisation form but cannot reset it to correct the error
i need to make a deleted account active

Hi Since Friday I've been getting 105 errors with quickbooks and amex. If i try to re-connect the account I get the following error - The American Express (Australia) site is down for maintenance.Try connecting again in a few hours. (105) If I logon to web banking with Amex that all works ok, so it's definitely a quickbooks issue.Thanks Christian
Its been 3 weeks since I been able to connect my PayPal feeds. Keep getting an error message stating to try again in sometime.
Since the ANZ went tellerless I have to deposit the cash at an ATM. Unluckily, the machine creates a deposit for cheques, one for coins and one for each 50 notes. Is there a way to match these multiple, random bank deposits to several sales receipts?
Can anyone advise how this was done? thanks
