If you set the category to what it was before and save the rule, it still shows blank when you re-open it. The rule APPEARS to work ok (only followed through one example). But when you're editing the rule how are you supposed to know if the category is correct? Bad enough with just one category, a nightmare if the rule has a complex split. Quickbooks, when are you going to fix this?
Seriously - it worked for one and then failed for the next and a simple task that should have taken a few minutes has taken over an hour. I have refreshed and cleared cache and logged in and out and used other browsers......what a nightmare
I have the customer entered in the customer database from when I created the estimate and invoice, but when I select the customer on the 'Receive Payment' screen, the email does not come through, meaning it has to be manually re-typed. This seems to be an error with the software, unless I'm mistaken?
