hi,hope someone can help as quickbooks helpline cannot.we migrated from quickbooks standard payroll to advanced and i am attempting to add payroll history. I was led to believe it would be a cut and paste situation but it is not, i am faced with trying to understand and add NI information that is broken down into LEL UEL and lots of other categories I didn't even know about until I had to google them. anyone have any good tips or can tell me where I might be going wrong because i have spent all day on this and need it done :(

I can't get my cis submissions to work correctly to file them through QBO. keeps saying wrong credentials even though I have checked them over was over. they are the same details as my PAYE and the works fine
Ive searched on here and can only find solutions for 'advanced payroll' or old answers for the old paysuite. I'm using the standard payroll that is integrated in QBO. I cant figure out or find any options for adding an attachment of earnings order from the court to an employee's wages. Does anyone know how to do it?
For some reason that I still do not understand my first PAYROLL in the standard payroll program did not submit to HMRC! I have just received a notification from HMRC that have may now have to pay a fine! how do I fix this?
why can i submit fps but not eps. i have spent hours trying to sort this with quickbooks and its still not sorted

Hello! I run payroll for our company, and I am wondering if there is a way to stop employee paychecks from drafting individually from our bank account. Other employees have access to the bank account for various reasons, but we would prefer them not see what each employee makes individually if possible. Ideally, we would only have one lump sum drafted for all employee's pay.
I wonder if anyone else has had this issue and if so what they have done to resolve the issue? When we tried to sign up again to MTD in the hope it would spark the confirmation email to come through, it says we are already signed up. Any assistance would be very gratefully received.
I named some staff members as suppliers. I then transacted with their names as suppliers. How can I change from Supplier designation to Employee designation?

I don’t seem to be able to match the payments to 'HMRC, Nest & Net wages', they are showing in the journals but I cannot match them to the payments from my business bank account I can also see the Net wages they are in a ‘Bank (cash at bank and in hand)’account but I cannot match them with the business bank account transactions
I have tried to postpone two employees' enrolment into the workplace pension by one month. One employee was fine. The other prompted an error message that stated:The assessment failed as its not possible to do back to back postponements His net pay is now showing up as zero. Would anyone know why this is or what I am doing wrong (apologies if it is obvious - I am new to QBO) Many thanks Hayley
Good afternoon, I am looking for some urgent help. I have an employee, who I need to pay SPP for. I am using Advanced payroll and I have followed the Quickbooks instructions, but when I come to the pay run for this month, it is not calculating correctly. I need to pay the employee for the month. 1 week is to be paid SPP and the rest of the month, is to be paid as normal. If I tick the offset SPP, it will just pay the full months Net pay. If I untick it, it will only pay for the SPP. Neither of these scenarios are correct for me, as he needs to be paid 1 week at the statutory amount and the other weeks as his normal pay. Any help would be much appreciated, as the live chat, is not helpful at all and I am still awaiting a response back 3 hours later.Many Thanks
