Stats holiday is calculated at 1 time and note 1.5 times per hour
Emailed stating the investigation is solved, if further issues please call. Nothing changed at all, called and spoke for over an hour combing through details. Nothing worked. Then was told it would take 24 hours. I said that doesnt sound right or else you would send the email saying ti was solved after 24 hours or include in the email to wait 24 hours. I was told I would get a call back today at the 24 hour mark and received nothing and nothing changed. I just want to (for some reason despite bad service) sign up and pay for payroll services....
Three employees were overpaid on a payroll paid by direct deposit. Instead of adjusting it on their next pay, the employees e-transferred the net pay difference back to the client. How do I record this in QBO so it reflects on their T4s?
PAYROLL changes. We are expected to put in a cel phone # in order to get in to QB payroll info now. ANOTHER WASTE OF TIME. How is the OWNER expected to get in to his company info if I'm not here and also, myself, if my phone isn't with me?
Hello, may I ask if the location feature in QBO Plus can be used for employee payroll? I would like to track the wage expenses of employees in different departments in QBO income statement . For example, my company has two departments, A and B. I have already set up the names A department and B department in the location feature of QBO. When I create sales invoices and record expenses, the location feature can be applied by select A department or B department . However, it seems that this feature cannot be applied to payroll. The work location of employees set in employee profile is seems different from the location feature because the work location dropdown box of employment details page not showing the department A and B that I set up earlier.If the location feature can be used for payroll, can someone tell me how to set it up? Thank you.
Hello, I am trying to make a ROE for an Employee who is going to start his parental leave. Quick books automatically brings me all " Insurable earnings " numbers on his ROE and that numbers are slightly different than his regular pay on his pay cheques. I have checked other former Employee's ROEs that are all same as their Pay cheques...... Is there any possibilities this happens? Thank you.

How do I set up and pay an employee who is paid hourly (bi-weekly) plus commissions (monthly)? And how do I set up those commissions to cost against the job? I am new to QBO and have not been able to schedule an onboarding call yet. Thank you
after I save as active it goes back to inactive
I have a seasonal business and laid off my employees over the winter. I have made them active again in QBO and am trying to run their first payroll back. It won't let me choose direct deposit even though it was set up before.
