Hello,Could someone help me, I have a QB 2013 Enterprize company file that I need to open in a QB 2019 PRO.What is the process? Or is there a file conversion app?
I have a main bank account but it allows me to have pots or what they call 'spaces' which allow me to transfer money to. I use these spaces for example - 'Vat', 'Tax', 'Savings'. This allows me to move money away from the main account so I don't spend it! How can I manage that in Quickbooks, please? I can't seem to add another account without going through the process of linking up the account online and I don't want to do that as I've already linked the main account. Thanks in advance.

I have linked my Gmail address to QB so I can send my Invoices through my gmail address. How do I link my Gmail address to send Reminder Invoices? I do not want to set up automatic reminders.
Hi All, I have been made redundant from my PAYE job as of June 30th and have been self employed since May 1st. How do I add the tax I have already paid in my employed job to QB Self employed so it calculates correctly, for me this bit is confusing! thanks
I recently signed up for QB self employed. I am unable to log in and have never used it. When I try to log in I see an error "an unknown error has occured please try later" (screen shot attached) I've had several chats with "support people" and none can help me with the Self Employed account. The fee is being debited from my bank account even though I've never used the software. I merely want to cancel everything to do with Quick Books and get a refund on the fee taken. In all I've spent 4 hours talking, chatting and explaining to QB peopel what the problem is and none can help. Not sure what I'm supposed to do now but it's very very annoying and frustrating :-( has anyone else had this issue?
Why do I keep getting these error reports :- Unable to get property Base content Object doesnt support property or method "start with" Script error These error show up everytime I switch on and everytime I change task Need to stop this as it is so distracting and frustrating
Hi, I've created bundles in my Products and Services list as previously suggested. I was wondering if there is a way to assign these bundles into a category? Also can they show the cost and sales price? Would be really useful to view these in the list, rather than having to add to an estimate. Apologies if i'm missing a way to do it, if there isn't can I request it to be added? Thanks
Hello, I recently completed the ProAdvisor certification - both Desktop and Online. For Online, I can see and download the certificate and badge from QBOA under ProAdvisor. For Desktop, I was able to download the certificate upon completing the exam but there was no badge. There is also no desktop certification tab/training link on my QBOA. My question: How do I access the Desktop ProAdvisor badge?
Customers are not able to view their invoice, when they click on the View Invoice link, the screen view changes to display the green circle and "Processing" - the same happens if they click on the Download or Print option - and the green circle just continues endlessly
I have had a number of clients who have been unable to open their invoices. All they get is a dark grey page.
Can’t log in
I want customers to be able to click on their invoice to pay it by card or BACS but whenever I try to set up Quickbooks Payments it says "we aren't accepting new applications for Quickbooks Payments in the UK at this time"I don't want to enable paypal payments as this is tricky for our accounting so I only want options to pay via card or BACS. Any ideas gratefully received!
Quick Books (UK) has all of a sudden included the word ''cheque'' to my emailed remittance advice's. Nowhere in QB are we able to edit the email to change this. As we hardly use cheques in the UK, this is not professional. I suggest QB rethinks this - it is not a smart change!!!!
As required under the GDPR regulations, we are required to only hold onto customer data while there is a 'good reason'. For us, our privacy policies means that we need to do an annual clean of our customer database - anonymising older customer transactions. With a customer list running into many thousands, this is a huge task. This is SO labour intensive to be utterly unfeasible. Currently I have to: Step through my customer list one a time, checking the date of the most recent transaction. If that is before a certain date, I have to anonymise that customer's transaction history. This entails: - Editing the customer entry to remove all personal details, and press OK.- Editing the customer
We don't have a coporation card. So We have to pay by direct debit. But I can't input the entire company name in the blank. Is it possible to pay by bank transfer?
Hi, Just running a payrun on Advance QBs. I have got draft payslips and they seem to have the previous months pay categories listed that now have zero values. How do i remove these? and only show pay categories are that have a value? Vruti

I cannot seem to cancel the QBO Plus UK Subscription after I subscribed few days into the free trial. I now do not wish to continue. Calls to Intuit/QBO UK have been futile. I will try call them Monday 22/6/2020. See attached screenshot where I cannot cancel my subscription.
