Can someone explain to me how the calculation is determined for Tax Summary (QuickTax Self-Employed) under the "Net Income or loss from business this year"? One would think that it's Total Business Income minus Total Expense. Thanks, JG
Currently on QB SE trial and unable to download the mobile app on Samsung S9. It shows the device is compatible but the Install button is greyd out (see attached). Please advise.

My credit card balance (1234) is $2,996.32, but in Quickbooks it is -$2,573.00My checking balance (5678) is $4,123.42, but in Quickbooks it is -$7,658.12When I try to Reconcile, I am told there is a discrepancy because there are 5 transactions (one each month from Jan through May) totaling $3,417.52 (reflecting the monthly charges on my credit card which were paid by my checking) that were deleted after being reconciled. But when I go to the Reviewed under my Credit Card, those amounts are there as “Added to: CC-Credit: Checking (5678).” And when I go to Reviewed under my Checking, those amounts are there as “Matched: CC-Credit (1234).” And when I go to Chart of Accounts for both Credit Card and Checking, those transactions are listed under the ”Payment” column and have green boxes and a ”C” under the check-mark column. I understand I need to restore the deleted transactions, but I am not sure if I should do this in the credit card or checking account. Also, I’m not sure if

Hello, It used to be possible, when reclassifying transactions, to filter by employee name. It would be the same as entering "Customer/supplier" name. Why is that option no longer available? Many thanks in advance,Svetlana
I am wondering if in the latest updates for 2019 and 2020, data files can no longer be stored on removable jump drives. I have 2 laptops that I use (one at work and one at home) so I have been using a jump drive for the data as it makes it easy with the two laptops however, since loading the 2019 update and the 2020 version, I can no longer use the jump drive.... the program hangs up.

Hi, I got situation here, my computer system now is Window 7, and the Quickbooks we are using now is 2019 Pro. we received the email said quickbooks is no longer to support updating for W7. We plan to upgrade our computer to Window 10, however, I would like ask, do we need to reinstall again the 2019 Pro after our system upgrade? If yes, we bought the Quickbooks online, how do we reinstall again. Hope hear from you soon. Thank you !
