I have a customer that has different locations, so they are separated out in QuickBooks Online. One of the locations as a overpayment on the books and I need to apply the deposit received to the other customers. Yesterday I noticed that this view doesn't fit the page anymore and the vertical grid lines are missing. Now I need to scroll to see everything I used to be able to see all at once. Also I can't Adjust the column size between the headers. Has anyone else noticed this? I called into support and didn't get any help except that I should send in feedback, so I did!

I have a couple of item receipts that were not used when entering the bill. These item receipts are from prior months that have been closed. How can I reverse the item receipts in a current month?

Hello, I have been using QBO for some time with clients using various banks in Canada. When QBO downloads the bank feed no names appear for cheques. Is there a reason why the Payee name is not downloading? Thank you.
Partway through the year I stopped using my personal bank account for business transactions. So I need to keep some transaction history from my personal account but I no longer need to sync my personal transactions with QB. How can I keep business relevant transactions from my personal account in QB after removing my personal account from QB?

I think I already asked this earlier but I can not see my quiry I am starting my second f/y and see that there are a bunch of transactions in the "batch" area for printing A/R invoices. I do not need or want to print those invoices. Is there a way to get rid of them from the batch function without actually voiding the associated transaction? Also, where do I find any replies that I may get regarding my questions?Annalee

In the past I went thru Taxes, payroll filings and there was a link to print individual T4s. that has disappeared. I assume that there is another way to get the same result however I have been unable to search it thru help. This is my biggest frustration with this is the constant changes to the program that I have to relearn.

Is anyone else stuck with the huge problem of QBO NOT allowing third party apps (I have a construction project management app) to sync the CDN amount on a US vendor? To the best of my knowledge, there is not a construction project management app that can handle multicurrency. QBO should be able to sync over the CDN value but even though CDN is my home currency, and the vendor bill has both $ on it- the US amount, CDN amount and the exchange rate- QBO will not allow the sync to choose the CDN dollar value. Therefore, the 3rd party app gets some bills synced in CDN (my CDN vendors) and some US but it treats it all as a single home currency. Such a mess, and QBO has told me there is pretty much no hope in fixing this. Just hoping there may be other in my boat and wondering about their experience.
