Hello, How can I add a Preferred Vendor to a bulk import template/spreadsheet. I recently used the bulk import feature to add several new products but then had to manually go back and select the vendor for each one. Any suggestions? Thanks, Steven
Where can I find out the total number of invoices I prepared last month, or total number of checks I prepared last month? I remember seeing a report that gave a summary number for items prepared for each month, but I can't find it.
Hello! I use QB Premier 2019 desktop version and regularly issue estimates to customers. When we receive the order and prepare an invoice using the open estimate, the estimate remains "active" on the open estimates report. Is it REALLY necessary to manually close/make inactive estimates that have been converted to invoices? Shouldn't QB do this automatically? Or am I missing something? Any help on this would be most appreciated!
There is an investigation open but this is now 2 days in a row where my monthly reoccurring invoices are not sending via email even though all settings and templates are to be scheduled and sent out. Can someone help?

Here's a fresh new Hell thanks to whatever the QB engineers are up to today - how do I get the suggestion pop ups to turn off?? Every time I open an invoice today it's suggesting I put a value in the QTY cell of the invoice line items - YEAH, NO KIDDING. This is BILLING 101 guys, there's NO NEED FOR THIS NONSENSE to start popping up on every task I try to do!!! Please help - I can't handle this kind of brain damage every time I try to just do my job.
Can I automatically prefill or recall last transaction on an invoice with QB Desktop premier plus?
We are a small municipality and absolutely hate the online QB program. We are hearing that QB Desktop versions are being phased out. We have a license but would like to purchase a new license as our current one is under a former employees personal name. Is it possible to buy a new 2024 license and still be able to purchase the payroll program and support? We don't want to change to a different accounting program but we will be forced to because we will not be able to deal with the online version. Any help is appreciated

Our company uses QB desktop; however, other than changing the "color scheme," there doesn't seem to be a way for a user to change the user display to a dark setting. Does anyone know of a way to change that setting, without changing the overall system setting to a dark one? Like everyone else, I work in multiple systems, and using the system accessibility setting for a dark color theme does not work for every application I need to access to enter invoicing info into QB. I'm so frustrated that a company with an accounting footprint as big as Intuit has neglected to account for disabled users needs.
I can't find the Void Forms button to void 1099s rejected by the IRS. Thank you

We have QuickBooks Enterprise Platinum 2024 for desktop. It's installed on our Windows server (2019) and we have 6 users in the office on Windows 10 (64 bit) PC's. One specific user has daily crashing and closing of the program while either idle in the background or while performing common tasks like invoicing or receiving payments. Most of the time the program either freezes or just closes without throwing error codes. The other users do not have this routine crashing issue. The crashes are random and impossible to replicate through repeated actions. Therefore, tech support is no help. We have tried every combination of repairs using the Toolhub application, reinstalling the program, "Run as administrator" in compatibility, changing the logo graphic on our invoice form and eventually we completely replaced their 5 yr old the computer with a completely new one. The issue followed this user to the new machine so we created a new QB profile. Still no help. The problem has been
Is there a way to condense the information on the screen. There is so much wasted space! It is difficult to get things done on a laptop.
I just upgraded to enterprise platinum for a few main reasons. 2 of them are the sales order fulfillment worksheet (pick pack ship) and the PO management. I do a lot of custom work and most of my items are non-inventory items. Any sales order or purchase order that contains these non-inventory items will not show up on the management pages. Has anyone found a fix for this issue?
I am converting from QB Desktop to QBO and have trouble deleting projects that were already inactive. I eliminate all unbilled expenses and time. But I still get the following error message. I run reports and don't see any transactions thare have not been billed. What am I doing wrong. We can't delete this project yetTo delete this project, please ensure there are no time entries linked to it first.
Our third party vendor needs to find out what the Column Header on the SPL line is for the Inventory Site for use in importing into our QB Enterprise v19.0. Intuit only helps by giving me a link to a kit that does not contain the information that they need. Anyone have any help on this?
I sent a customer invoice of $25,000. He only paid us $21,500 because he rented a equipment for us to do the job. The rental fee cost $3,500 (taxes included). Instead of sending us a bill for $3,500, he directly deducted the amount from the payment of $25,000. How do I record the payment and the rental fee so it shows the invoice has been paid?
I made all the prior year Adjusting Entries for 2022, but they are not reflected in the account balances in the 2022 Adjusted Trail Balance. How do I correct this?
I am still (extremely) learning how to run my Quickbooks for my company, and still have so many questions. But my main concern I need FAST help on at the moment, is why are all of the personal draws I took from the company last year, showing up in this years draws? My owner's draw account is making it look like I took way more money out than I really did. I have an appointment with my accountant tomorrow, so I am hoping that maybe he will be able to steer me in the right direction with that, but I was hoping to have this figured out before that. Please no judgement, but I am really confused, and this is only my 2nd year with running these books. do I need to zero out my account somehow? Thanks!
