Where is my 1099 sent by a client?

By default the Amazon QBO integration only shows 3 transactions within an Amazon order, but you can click "See All" to show all the transactions (and subsequently categorize all of them). This "See All" button no longer works (it used to; I used it about a month ago). When I click the "See All" button, nothing happens. Ihave been using Quicken 2012 on a computer running windows 10. I recently got a new laptop that does not have a cd tray, running windows 11. I use it to manage my disabled daughters checking account for reporting to the SSA. I there a way to get the program on the new laptop and continue using it?

I recently began a role at this company that kept some of their minor, yet vital, information in QuickBook Pro 2012's desktop app. I need a backup file to transfer information out of there and into a more modern software and the most recent one is still a couple years out of date. I can sometimes get the app to open, but it then proceeds to show 8-15 error pop-ups and then crashes before I can click anything. If I attempt to click something, it doesn't register. Is there a way I can create a backup with just the files themselves, not the app?

Everything is staying the same (employees & customers), and we would like to keep all of the history that is in QuickBooks. How do I close the last company and start a new company's books while keeping all information?

I have the Amazon Business app connected to my QuickBooks. I have an entry that has 11 lines and when I try to click the See All button, nothing happens. I have gone in and verified that I have pop-ups turned off on my computer, so that shouldn't be the issue.
I know how to create a new journal entry using the +New button but where can I view the journal entries that have been entered? When I perform a search, I only see the most recent 4 or so. But I have 7 and cannot find the others.
