I know about the archive option. It's ridiculous that I can't delete team members that have the SAME name and SAME email address. If I archive them, then there will be all sorts of confusion when we're unarchiving them in the fututre. Many of our employees are project-based, so they are archived and un-archived regularly. My guess is the only workaround is to rename all the duplicates with "Null" or something. But seriously, WHY can't I delete a person that never even existed???!!!

I've always used the QB mileage tracker. More recently, it's started draining the battery and overheating my phone. This didn't used to happen. Surely this is a recent bug? Anyone have any fixes? Thank you
I've been creating and editing invoices in QBO for a few years now. Starting last week when I wanted to edit an invoice and again today when I wanted to create a new invoice, the SAVE button at the bottom right side of Invoice screen is not active and does not work? Frustrating to say the least. IS anybody else experiencing this problem? How do I save my new and edited invoices? HELP!
Is anyone else having trouble with the Pro Advisor Certification? I have completed lesson 1 of Level 1 and it won't let me take the test. It says the lesson isn't complete but it is. I messaged QB but don't want to wait 2 days for their response.
