Hold does this get immediately resolved? I have requested customer support to callback many times!
Is this possible, as I can not add a non US number in contact information
I run a mostly cash business currently. When a customer pays with cash, I mark it on their invoice as paid with cash and deposit it to my account. I think quickbooks is double accounting for the money showing my bank accounts and cash on hand. How would I fix this where the deposited money will be accounted for? Thank you.
"We couldn't process your payment. Make sure your billing info is up to date." I get this message, even though I use Techsoup.org to purchase my QB Online. Can this be corrected?
I started charging late fees in 2022 on invoices from 2021. The charge are posting back to the original invoice date and not the date of the fee. Can this be changed?
This is in regard to the PCI Compliance standards and the interaction with major credit cards. The only way I accept payments are through QB invoices or through ACH deposits.
i need to update the name, email and phone number as our previous treasurer resigned
Why can't I create monthly, comparative cash flow statements similar to monthly comparative balance sheets and monthly Profit & Loss statements? I need to report the cash flow by month for a 12 month month period and compare to each month and explain the differences. In order to do this I have to export each month to Excel and then combine there...which is crazy. Why can't QuickBooks just create 12 monthly schedules side by side just like it can for balance sheets and P&L's??
I have a Chase account that has two credit cards. One card was set up as a parent account the other as a sub account. Somehow, the sub-account disappeared, and transactions from that card were not being pulled through. I did the following: Reconnected the sub-account. When I try to make the the sub-account a sub-account again I get this error. You can't change the parent of this account to (xxxx) because it or its parent is already set up for Online Banking or Web Connect. I have tried disconnecting all the accounts and reconnecting them multiple times , and I keep getting the same error. Any help is appreciated.
Quickbooks Plus Annual Subscription Price going up by 55% !! For 1 user - we paid $982 (In October 2023) and now, billed $1,523. No explanation and no support from QB/Intuit. I spoke to an agent - he simply hung up. Any core services by Microsoft, Apple, and Google increase their prices by a small %, annually. But 55% is beyond me.
Client projects fully complete, paid all draws in full, time is left out in QBO as open. How to close it out?
I cannot add new vendors or edit existing vendors? When I go to the vendor page there is no option for "New Vendor" and when I go to a specific vendor there is no edit button. I did all the troubleshooting options I could find online like updating/changing browsers. I also checked my permissions and as far as I can tell this should be available to me. I also waited a week to see if it was an online glitch and that is not working either.
we've noticed an issue where decimal values sometimes change when syncing with the erp. for example, entering a credit card fee of 15.12 in the erp shows up as 15.13 in quickbooks. we've tested this in the sandbox, and the correct values are being sent. any guidance on this?
I work for a contractor in California and we have a prevailing wage job. We’ve only been using QuickBooks Enterprise for a month and I don’t know how to set up and pay the employees working on that job. I need to know the specific steps. Can anyone help with the specific steps please? Felicia
printing paycheck problem
I have a $2,000 payment received in 2023 and a $2,500 payment received in 2022 against an invoice that apparently was incorrect. Now, in January 2025 we received what should have been the remaining balance of $4,500 against this invoice. The original journals would be Debit checking, Credit A/R. If I reverse that entry as of 1/1/2025 and apply the $4,500 received in Jan to that outstanding A/R, won't the checking credit throw off my bank rec? If instead I credit sales, then my P&L by customer report is showing I have sales for that customer, which isn't right since we recognized that in 2022 and 2023. Can someone help with the proper entry to record this $4,500 payment?
How to create a backup copy using QBO
I'm on Pro Plus and I want to create a memorized P&L that excludes New Install Income and the COGS for those items. The only option I see is to choose multiple accounts and go through and select every single one outside of those 2. Who comes up with this stuff? Regardless, anytime I create a new account, I'll have to remember to go select it in that report, which is just crazy to me. This is so basic, I don't see why it can't be done. If I'm missing something, please let me know.
The entries could be part of a day or a whole day.
