Below there is sample break down the amounts which should be enter for each relevant box on VAT return when using the Flat Rate Scheme (FRS), 11%, with a turnover of £1000 (excluding 20% VAT) and a purchase from Ireland for £100 with the 20% reverse charge (20% RC SG). In summary, the first amount reflects the amount that I believe should be correct, and the second amount shows the amount that QuickBooks includes: Box 1: Should be £152 (11%on £1200=£132+ reverse charge VAT here, which is £20) QB: £132 (QB shows just VAT due on sale, without VAT on purchase from Ireland)Box 2: £0 £0 Box 3: £152 £132 (QB)Box 4: £20 £20Box 5: £132 £112 (QB shows under calculation of V

I've just noticed that for April and May payroll, for some reason an additional item is being added to the timesheet entries at the end and is basically paying AGAIN for 39 hours. I cannot find where this is coming from. The first payroll in March has not done this and the only thing that changed for April is I applied an hourly pay increase from April. I can't see how that would suddenly cause an additional entry of 39 hours to be created though. I can see that no timesheet entry has been created for this 39 hours by the employee so the system must be adding this somewhere. The end result is I have overpaid massively twice which I now need to tell our carer she isn't going to get paid for a couple of months! Can anyone advise where this may be coming from? So many different options in the payroll area and I can't see it from what I have checked so far
It was meant to be 99p per month for 6 months then £14.99 per month but I’ve been charged £14.99 from the beginning. I cannot find a way to talk to a QuickBooks agent. The options keep taking me to articles or community help and I really need to talk to someone who works for QuickBooks.
Customer made a payment on an invoice, but when I look at "Sales" - "all sales" , the payment shows as a negative and "Closed", whatever that means. When i select all the transactions for the day, i now show a negative sales number. Can anybody tell me what's going on please? I'm a bit confused by this. TIA
can i change the sub-total to which a line item is corrently added
Why is my QB Mobile app not syncing with the QB website?
Hello, i have a customer in new zealand trying to make a credit card payment to us in the UK. he said he has tried to make payment but a message keeps appearing 'try again or contact your seller' any help please? 🙂
I'm trying to renew my recently expired bank connection to which I follow the links eventually reaching the redirecting to bank at the final stage of clicking the green sign in button. The sign in button does not do anything when you click it so I cannot renew my connection. I should be redirected to Nationwide, pretty sure this is QuickBooks broken link issue on their website redirect button, can a QuickBooks expert please check this out and update please? I've done this before multiple times without any issues so something is most definitely not working. Thanks
I need the original currency balance of each account
QBO Continues to Drop the TDBank connection. NO MATTER what I do. I sign in 100+ times a day and "RECONNECT" it drops it immediately. Yes I accept the terms when I sign in...I even scroll EVERY time to the end to make sure it's not that. QBO keeps sending me messages, your issue HAS BEEN RESOLVED!! SO that means they have CLOSED THE CASE and crapped on me. My problem now as they did NOTHING! OF course with QBO now they took away ALL HELP, ALL there is is this community, which takes TOO long to answer and they don't RESOLVE anything, just say YEAH WE HAVE THAT ISSUE TOO. QBO charges me a LOT of money a year, I have MULTIPLE accounts and pay DEARLY, yet they continue to strip what was offered in the initial contract and give me less and less. ZERO SUPPORT NOW. ZERO. It's been actually over 4 months since I can't connect with my bank...QBO keeps telling me they escalated it, then it's RESOLVED!&nb
Hello, Customer paid their invoice in full via credit card. Credit card company sent us their monthly bill, and have deducted the payment for that bill from the incoming money from our customers payment. I have worked out how to mark our customers invoice as full, with a deduction for the credit card fees. How do I mark the credit companys bill as paid? I have spoken to quickbooks chat helpers, and their solutions leave my accounts up by the bill amount compared to my actual bank balance.
Is there a way I can add a note to my invoices detailing the dates I have worked? I’m a subcontractor so I work for various people sporadically. Is there a way I can add what dates I have worked, to save me having to send and individual invoice for every date I’ve worked? It would help keep track of what I have invoiced for.
Good Afternoon, So I recently took out a loan which i have set up in my charts of accounts. However the loan is repaid as a percentage through ebay everytime I sell something on there. So lets just say I sold something on eBay for £120, they then automatically send the loan company the £20 repayment on my behalf and then me the £100. How do I match the sales receipt for the full amount of £120 AND record the £20 repayment on the £100 transaction alone in I have in quickbooks? Any help appreciated, and happy to explain anything further if i've not made too much sense of it haha. Thank you,Steven
A lot of my invoices have got deleted. I need help.
(1) Intuit / QBO seems to have decided that I only have one option for login. I wish to return to username / password login. (2) I would like to be able to print had copies of cheques. I see no mechanism to do this.
