My invoices are different to my laptop
Quickbooks UKAs Desktop is coming to an end I decided to go with Quickbooks Online and transfer my data.My current version of Desktop was 2019 so downloaded 2021 (the most recent version)I installed 2021 along with the relevant license/product key.Upon running Desktop 2021 I am presented a dialog box to begin activation. Selecting this then results in a message that"You'll need to update your software to access your Intuit Account here."I update using Help>Update Quickbooks Desktop including closing and restarting the program.I am then dumped back at the "Begin Activation" dialog and the whole cycle begins again.Having taken out a subscription to Quickbooks Online I am now in the position that I can not use either the online service or the desktop version. If anyone could help me activated my paid for software and/or help getting my data to the online version I would be grateful.Following other posts I have also tried installing the 2021 trial version but when exporting it gets
I bought a car on the weekend and had to use my business card. The car is for personal use. I spent just over £140000 and I need to split that payment between my wife and I for dividend payments. How would I do this on Quickbooks as only shows as one payment on the card.
I pay most of my suppliers by BACS. But I can't find anywhere on QB Online where I can enter their bank details. Is this possible, or is it yet another thing that has not been moved over from QB Desktop?

Firstly, I was quite bouyed by the idea of some actual product updates, although would have liked to see all the terrible bugs and missing features fixed before investing time and money into 'new features' Firstly, these are NOT new features. As far as I can see it's purely a renaming of some new to terms which are a bit, well, lame to put it mildly. Why is Banking, or Transactions now called, Bookkeeping? It's no even the correct term for a banking section! There's STILL a total lack of Suppliers in the menus, in fact, when you start digging down into it all the bookmarks they are just duplication of pages and aren't that much of a cusomisation, it may save you one extra click at best. Such as, why has the Taxes page have a shortcut when it's one of the main pages anyway, stupid?Overall this update seems illl thought out and doesn't actually offer much in the way of productivity improvements. It's just simply a shuffle about of where pages are which will in fact slow users down.&n

I'm having trouble converting from QuickBooks desktop pro to online plus the desktop tool no longer works and I have subscribed to online plus. The services move my books is inconsistent as trial balance report is incorrect and also I have some multicurrency accounts i.e usd and euro but it only performed conversion to one currency. My question is why is it being difficult to convert from desktop to online while for the US version the process is seamless.
Hello All, Firstly, this is only 0.40 British pennies but it is haunting me in the books! For a reason not entirely clear, on the final payslip of one of our ex-carers, QuickBooks calculated the PAYE, the wages were paid and the PAYE submitted as per normal. PAYE was calculated, in this example as £122.60. Come next payroll (when the carer had left an no wages were due), the PAYE was calculated as -0.40 and this is the only entry on that payroll. So this sounds like on the last payslip, PAYE was 0.40 too much and that the carer paid too much by that amount to HMRC. So this was showing as the amount due which I duly paid in to her account (I like things to be straight). However, my PAYE liability account either shows as 0.40 out now OR if I correct that to make it balance, my bank account shows 0.40 different to what Quickbooks says I should have. It says I should have 0.40 more in my account than what the bank balance is. I am assuming I
I cannot find the option whilst looking myself, nor much information online. I can understand the Spanish, but this is my first time using quickbooks, and would rather learn it in English, as that's the language used by everyone else here in the UK when discussing their finances.
so i recently moved a client onto Quickbooks who has been using GoCardless for some time, i have the accounts connected and have imported all the customers and direct debit mandates. this client will be using the phone app to do the invoicing and i can't see on the mobile where you select to collect the payment by direct debit, is this something that can be done on the mobile app?

Hello, Recently every time I email a receipt or invoice over I get an error message back.... Your expense receipt was included in the email body or your attached receipt was too small. Kindly note that the size of the attached image should be at least 45 KB. I have not changed the way I do this, and have been sending invoices from my email inbox for the last 2 years with no issues, and they are the same types of invoices I have always sent. They are just not being accepted now and this happens every time. Please help. Best Wishes Samantha
