I'm unable to add my nephew into my payroll as this is a second job for him. I just get an error when trying to put in his tax code followed by the BR tag. is this just not possible in my payroll standard add on for my QuickBooks software? I'm also reading that should I want to upgrade the payroll to advanced then all data must be deleted then input again. thanks.

Hi, I am starting a new year’s accounts but the starting balance/ending balance reconciled from the last year is wrong and so when I go to reconcile the first month in the new year it says balance is off and I have discrepancies from the previous year. In the discrepancies a couple of them are saying ‘deleted’ so as it says I have re entered the amount in expenses but now can’t find them anywhere !! Please help as to what to do !!!
I haven't been able to log into quickbooks all week, no matter which portal I try to access through I get a never ending loading screen. What the heck is going on? Intuit please fix this.

i am having trouble in resubscribing. the payment method is not updating. there is no problem with the card as the same card is used for other QB accounts. i need this problem to be solved asap , my account is deactivated, my work is all blocked because of this problem.

According to this list both of my banks (CAF and The Co-operative) offer a connection using SCA. For both, it says: "Bank connection is available using Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). You will need to enter your user ID and password when you update new transactions." But on QuickBooks Online if I try to make a connection it says, "Banking regulation changes have impacted your [bank] connection. To keep those transactions updated, use QuickBooks on the web to upload data with a file from your bank." So which is true?

Hi, I have used "Movemybooks" to migrate from Desktop to Quickbooks online. It all went smoothly but I'm a bit unsure where I view my historical data. I exported everything since I started using it in 2012 but only imported the last two financial years into QB's online. I can still log in to the old desktop version but I had a feeling that I would lose access to that at that end of June.Its been a long day and I'm obviously missing something right under my nose, but can anyone point me in the right direction! Thanks
