Hi I use a MAC desktop with Quickbooks and it works very well !my only gripe is that when i enter email addresses it won't automatically pick up ?i use Word / Outlook /and all microsoft suite on MAC I do used the main invoice email contact saved under clients details but have to send bcc to various other people this is where the problem lies ???can anyone help Regards Gary

Does anyone know how to record a supplier invoice payment which has been paid by an employee via their credit card? So, the employee has paid for a shipping courier's invoice with their personal credit card.We have the invoice logged into QB and need to track the VAT, which is quite large, so I need to show that the company has paid the VAT in order to reclaim it. How do I pay my employee back for the total amount paid out and also show the supplier invoice is paid? TIA
We have tried to move from QB Desktop UK Premier 2019 to Quickbooks Online using MoveMyBooks. When we start the data transfer we are getting the attached error: OutofRange Exception: No Currency mapping for countryCode 'KE'. Move my books said they can not assist because we are outside UK,Ireland etc. as attached on their email. How can we then move our data and transactions.
I cannot at present put my employee onto payroll and need to get this set up as soon as possible. I need to upgrade my quick books account I think. How do I do this?
I want to export my receipts for years older than 3 years but am not able to do this as a zip folder. I can see all these transactions and manually save the receipts for this time period so I know they are there, but can't download when I try to export receipts. I need for the years 2018-2019 and 2019-2020. Can anyone help? Thanks, Emma
We are looking for a new business credit card that will properly link with QBO. We tried Amex and have given up. We don't want to mess around with downloading CSVs. We just want a link that works, like it does with our bank accounts. Real experiences most welcome.

I have connected our firm's WISE business accounts (in several currencies) to QB Online.Now there is a following problem:WISE (or is it QB) creates new and wrong vendors / customers when there are payments.For example:I have a customer Sample Shop Co. I issue an invoice to them. They pay me via WISE. Now bank payment orders all have strange lettering. But instead of just leaving an uncategorized transaction in Bank WISE auto-created a customer SAMPLE SHOP (Customer) GBP and posted the payment to them.Now I have an overdue invoice in Sample Shop Co., an extra copy of client which copy I do not need and an unapplied payment on that client. I know how to fix all this by hand, but how do I stop WISE from doing it again? It has done same things to other clients and suppliers.
Hello, Apologies if this is a silly question. I've created a category called "Ingredients" as an expense. I meant to click cost of sale. Is there a away to edit these categories? All I can see is the Add New option at the top of the list but as the name "Ingredients" is already taken I can't make another. Thanks.
Hi I have created a custom field which I want to delete. However, I understand you cannot delete a custom field once created, so you have to follow the instructions below so that it doesn't show up on the customer invoice layout. Unfortunately, these instructions appear not to work: THE INSTRUCTIONS I HAVE FOUND... If you want to delete the custom fields in an invoice, then that option is unavailable. However, you can remove them from your invoice. Here's how:Open or create an invoice.Tick the Gear icon beside the Help menu.Uncheck the custom fields you want to remove in your invoice.If you need to remove custom fields on the other sales forms, we can go to the Custom form styles page. Here's how:Go to the Gear icon on the top menu.Choose Custom form styles under Your Company.Tick Edit on the form template you want to change.Tap Content.Select the Header part in the sample form.Under Display, click the Custom field link.Remove the checkmark on it.Press Do
I have raised an invoice with 20% VAT applied. However, when inspecting the bank feed the matched invoice has categorised itself as VAT exempt. Does anyone know why and how to sort it? many thanks C
How do I reconcile a day's banking when there has been a refund that day? Also the refund in question may be from another day's sales. Obviously the day's card sales don't match as the total is minus the refund, I know there is an option to add the refund but finding the initial sales to match is difficult and the refund option doesn't always work. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated
