Not sure if any one could shed some light on this or had a similar situation, I have spoken to both paypal and quickbooks about this and they don't have much idea about it. Whilst doing my end of year books, I have found a 'Mass Payment' from Intuit titled 'Intuit Payment'. This payment never appeared on my quickbook account as quickbooks only takes note on my transactions in my paypal when they are either to or from my business account and think I think it went straight into my paypal wallet. I will attach a photo of the payment line, my question is how can I find out what is inside this payment and who it is actually from, I am gathering its a bulk payment from a customer but unsure who its from. Anyone can help figure out the origin of this payment or at least where to look?
I used Quickbooks Pro 2006 and invoices showed totals in both currencies (£ and €). Apparently is a request from HMRC. This is not possible using Quickbooks Essentials online. Any ideas?

I would like to use two different invoice styles. When I edit the email content of one it also changes the content in the other? I have nearly fallen foul to this so would really appreciate some feedback to prevent error in the future.

Has anyone found a solution to this problem? It's making my head hurt!I have 6 months of transactions for a bank account that came through automatically without registering the associated fees. So I need to import them again as a CSV. I have now created a CSV with all the transactions (over 200) and their corresponding fees. I have excluded all the transactions that were automatically added into Quickbooks. But now when I try to import the CSV the transactions, the system is automatically filtering out 100 of them as it says I already have them through my bank connection! Here's what I've checked and tried so far:I've checked all transactions are excluded. They are.I have tried clearing my cacheI have tried an incognito browserI have tried two different browserI have checked the column headers are all correct and match QuickbooksI have tried changing the Description name so they are not the same as the excluded ones already on the system None of the above has worked

I cannot type into my first VAT return using QuickBooks. When I try to enter a figure, I am directed away from the page. The return is due tomorrow - help!
