Hi I am looking to trial MRPeasy add on to Quickbooks online. I was wondering if there was a way to copy our business file into a sandbox or something similar to trial the app without polluting our live system? So essentially run and test a simulation? thanks

Anyone else suddenly not getting any info from the bank feeds, under Description on the Bank Trans, For Review page? I am getting a random letter come up on some (not all) transactions, and having to click into it to see what it relates to. Its only just started happening in the last few days, and seems to be across a number of clients and a number of banks...

Hello, I have an inventory part in QB Enterprise that was mistakenly set to an expense account in the COGS section by another user. How do I correct the COGS account without impacting prior closed periods? I would normally just create a new item and archive this one but we have active PO's with this item and a huge current inventory under that item name that I'm not sure how I would be able to adjust all of it to a "new" item name still being the same product.Thanks!

Hi thereI opened my QB account on my iphone and therefore pay via my subscriptions on Apple.I do not want to use apple anymore. Am I able to resubscribe via QB? I have cancelled my subscription but the only way I can see to resubscribe is with apple again and not QB. Any help would be gratefully appreciated!ThanksCatherine
Im using QB Self Employed.When generating Mileage Report I would like to show the Name of the location as well as address.Both fields are used when entering into Miles using the Favourite Location function but unfortunately only the Address shows in the Miles Report.I use the Name to show who I am visiting as this is the only way to record Client.How can I customise the report?

QuickBooks are taking 3 payments
HiI have paid a supplier through our bank. It is for 2 Oct invoices and a credit. I have previously created a Cheque in the Suppliers account added the invoices and credit then matched the Cheque against the bank transaction. I have clicked on Cheque but it is not showing the October invoices - any help much appreciated??
Please can someone explain how to set a rule in QBSE (UK) that automatically categorises a transaction as 'Business Income'. I can only set as 'Other Business Income'
