How do I add a pay event to enter this financial year to date payments? I am behind in setting STP up and am only now ready start using STP so I need to somehow back date to the beginning of this financial year.
If I created a quote for 10,000 for one of our customers. The customer has accepted the quote and agreed to pay $3,000 in August and the remainder when goods are delivered in December. In the above scenario, I have created a Quote for 10,000 + $1,000 GST (Tax) Created an invoice for $3000,00 in August + 300 for GST (Tax) When I look at the transaction list for this customer it is showing the total as as $14,300? (not sure about the 14,300 vs the $11,000 shown in the quote. Is the above correct? and if so, how do I know how much remains on the quote? Thank you
Trying to use a QB template for Quotes 1 Can we remove the work quote from the template?2. When the quote is converted to an invoice / progress invoice: Will it invoice number be the same one used on the quote or will it differ. Thanks as always.
I posted on the Quickbooks Community this same question and I've been told this: Re: Why am I getting charged for mileage tracking Mileage tracking is part of the QBSE subscription, Aliyah. Another account might have been created when you downloaded the mobile app. To check if this is the case, I suggest contacting the QBSE support to check your account. Here's how: Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. On the upper right, select Help menu. Click Contact Us. Fill in Ask a question (or tell us what's wrong), then select Search. If you still need additional assistance, select Contact Us. Let us know if you have other concerns. We're here to help. THIS IS NOT HELPFUL!!! I want someone to call me and fix this ASAP or I will unsubscribe and no longer use Quickbooks if no one is willing to help this matter!!! Stupid how you keep referring to "Asking a question", and it isn't useful!!!!!! Sort this out now, please.
I have 'Accept Payments with Paypal' and I can use this to create an invoice in QBO and have it linked to paypal. But I wish to give my staff access to create invoices and paypal handles limited accounts better than QBO and therefore I want them to be able to do this from Paypal. How can I set up 'Accept Payments with Paypal' to import paypal invoices (and not expenses) to Quickbooks or to just sync invoices in either direction.
Why am i subscribed to mileage tracking and getting billed for $4.99? Please have this removed and reimburse this back please.
Importing a template ends in a blank preview and no way to continue in spite of stating "Your template was prefect". Tried Chrome, tried Safari, cleared the history, turned the plug off then on again. I am doing this as an Accountant and not as the owner of the account. This has previously worked so failing is a new feature for me. jon.
