Hello QuickBooks Community, We're reaching out because we're facing an issue with enabling credit card payments for our US customers in QuickBooks Online. Our company is based in Canada, and while we've successfully set up credit card payments for our Canadian clients, we're finding it challenging to extend this functionality to our US clients.We've explored the settings and options within QuickBooks Online but haven't been able to find a straightforward solution. We're wondering if there's a way to automatically turn on credit card payments for our US clients, similar to how it works for our Canadian customers. If anyone has encountered a similar situation or knows of a workaround to enable credit card payments for US customers in QuickBooks Online for a Canadian-based company, your insights would be greatly appreciated. I have a client with US Address i am not able to add his USA Address. How can i add that??
I am just wondering how everyone feels about Quickbooks Desktop discontinuing online banking services effective May 31, 2024? I am not very pleased as I use this for two small clients who aren't big enough for Quickbooks online, and for myself for budgeting. If anyone knows of any other programs that connect to the bank and credit cards (that I can pay a one time fee and have more than one client) please let me know.

Hi - after a lot of searching I need to come here for help. Is there a way I can have an employee record their name when they issue a purchase order and have it come up on the Open Purchase Order report? I have tried the 'other 1 & 2' with no luck. I am able to identify the last person who updated the purchase order, but I have a large purchasing team. I need to know who cut the purchase order and bring that information over to a report so others can use that information. Thanks,Dean
Hi guys Recently, I decided to split my sales on my COA/Financials to show separately Sales - USD, Sales - CAD.In attempting to edit historical invoices so they show under the correct categorization I cannot locate the option to change the account. I've updated Product/Service to link to the new COA account, and the Customer to the sales item, but in attempting to edit the historical transaction to move it to Sales - CAD I cannot find a place to do that. Any suggestions?
