When I try to review my expense transactions to categorize them, the app is unable to load them and this has been the case for 4 days or more. It  said try again tomorrow but nothing has changed with the time I wait. What do I do.

Hello, I am trying to print estimates and invoices using a customized template however the RHS and bottom of my logo get cut off. The templates used to work fine at the beginning of the year now this problem has started. I have down loaded the QB tool Hub and followed the process in there and no joy. I have also done all the MS updates and rebooted the computer several times just to make sure all the updates have applied. I know this isn't the end of the world but it just doesn't look professional when your logo is all messed up. Anyone ran into this before or have any suggestions please.

This is the error message I get when I attempt recording the credit card payments: This transaction type doesn't work with foreign currencies. Instead choose Transfer and choose the foreign credit card in the Transferred To dropdown.

When trying to process for example and EFTPOS receipt and need to enter multiple lines, it can take over a minute to enter from one field to the next. Processing time so very frustrating and is taking up to approx x 20 times longer than usual.  Not practical when running a business when so much data to enter.  Anyone experienced sames issue, been doing this getting worse over past week or so.

I will like to have each tax preparer has the unique tax preparer information attached to their tax profile account. However, the tax preparer information in the tax settings doesn't update after making changes in each staff user account.

I have a business and wish to stop lugging equipment back and forth home.  I need to know the following :I have a single user B desktop license that was e- delivered and available for download.  Can I load onto both?  I am pretty sure I can so long as I continue to log in with same ID/Password and update both to be synced with current info. Suggestions to this not so techy person?

Recently, my quickbooks stopped sending invoices by email through outlook.says: Quickbooks Desktop is unable to send your emails to Outlook.Close any open Outlook windows and try again. It was working yesterday but no longer today! What's up???

I have two different groups on each Friday. When I posted a new employee QB has put it into a 3 group (just that one person) How do I fix this
