Having some trouble with Journal Entry DJ1 and DJ4. Can anyone show me how to enter these two?

I am trying to update my Credit Card because it has expired for my subscription it the QBO system wants Zip Code, City and State from the USA. Plus there is not a way to get a hold of support over the weekend. QBO is not making this easy. Does anyone know a way to contact QBO over the weekend to get this resolved?
