I am sorry if this has already been addressed. I couldn't find a solution to this. - I booked 3 flights this morning for business conferences in different cities for different clients- I used my personal credit card to buy the flights because I wanted the miles and my business card doesn't have miles- I need to record these as business expenses and then reimburse myself to pay the credit card- Each of my clients is going to be reimbursing the business for the flights in the coming month or two so, how do I record all of this? I need to record the expense for the flights, the money going out to pay the personal card back, and then the reimbursement from the client when that happens. Help! :)
Some customers require my tax ID to be shown on their receipts but i cannot find how or where to add it in quickbooks...pls help.

I see no USDT as a currency option in the journal entry, it is still not available in Quickbook?

Hi, my client set-up his different name for specific purpose like Client's name (First Name Last Name) - used for employee reimbursement and owners draw. Another one is Client's name (First Name Middile Initial Last Name) - as an employee. But all his paychecks were written as First Name Middle Initial Last Name - Vendor. How could I change the name from vendor to an employee? Thanks.
Just like in Chart of accounts, the Account number for each accounts is a good control to increase the chances of avoiding duplicate account name. In this case, duplicate suppliers/ customers.
As the subject entails, Quickbooks crashes every time I locked my computer or it goes to sleep, when I return, login, the QB app then crashes. I've collected some logs and screenshots hoping someone with some technical experience can help me resolve this. I have re-installed QB a few times which leads me to believe something is actually wrong with my company file. I also have the logs from QB if anyone wants to see those.
