I have been having syncing issue between my point of Sales system Storehub and Quickbook since 19 Mar 2022 and there are currently 36 unsync daily shifts. Storehub can't seem to get any tech person or team to have this issue attended and render help. What storehub needs is to get technical guidance so that they can fix the issue but they can't get any priority and attention from the tech team...the unsync shift means that we have our revenue under reported in QB and we can't accurately report our sales tax amount for reporting to the authority... can I get some help please? This has been outstanding for 3 months....
We are the accountants for a client using Quickbooks Online Plus. The person identified as the primary user has disappeared, and we are trying to change the primary user to another person. The instructions say to select "Settings" then "Manage Users", then in the ROLE column make sure they are listed as Admin. The screen I'm viewing doesn't have a ROLE column. Can someone assist us with this process? Thanks in advance!!

I have a client who is using the UAE version of QB online and since last 3 months he is unable to connect his ADCB bank a/c to bank feeds in QBO. We raised a query to QBO support team and last week received a mail stating that the issue has been resolved. However, the issue still persists. How do we resolve this or has anyone from UAE faced a similar issue?

I want QBO to save my view settings or formatting that I do in any segment or module so to speak in QBO. Mostly I experience this issue when running various reports. In that I have to select certain Column options and then change its order as well every time! I would like to know if these settings can be saved ?
