All three transactions are payroll expenses to employees but the pay date was 05/02/2022. My bank statement ends 04/29/2022. What should I do? Change the ending amount and subtract the $1648.09 or do an adjustment entry???

I was assuming that the FY Preffix to the auto generated invoice numbers i.e., "2021-22"-***. Does this needs to be changed by the admin/standard user every financial year or it auto upgrades by beginning of every year April 1st?
Hi there, Greetings. Our private C-Corp has purchased stock from another private C-Corp (hence not on the stock exchange). We bought 900 shares at a par value of $0.01. The purchase ($9.00) was sent directly to the other C-Corp via bank transfer. Our bank account is connected to QBO. The transfer was free (no transfer costs). We will hold these shares for a longer period of time (several years). However, under QBO we only have the account type: "Other Current Assets"; Detail Type: "Investments - Other", but could not find a "Long Term Assets" category. For liabilities, on the other hand, there is the "Long Term Liabilities" category.Also, in the description of the Detail Type: "Investments - Other", we noted that this type is used to track the value of investments in publicly traded stocks, which is also not the case for us. I'm creating Sales Receipts using Quickbooks API. I'm able to add CustomerMemo to the Sales Receipt which gets displayed in the "Message displayed on sales receipt" field. I want to add the internal Memo which will be displayed in the "Message displayed on statement" field on the sales receipt screen. What is the name of this data field? Furthermore, if I want to add more fields, where do I get the list of all available fields I can POST to the Create SalesReceipt API?
