I need recover information about orders sales for my customer , not the invoice only the orders sales
What's going on? I subscribed to 1 year membership, and in my 2nd attempt of importing my transactions, the system doesn't recognize my descriptions. The file is downloaded directly from HSBC Business online banking and I only have about 25 transactions in July. Tech support closed my case, and I had to initiate my case again; now they claim to have fixed my problem, but I just checked, and the problem is the same. Now I'm entering another month, with all my accounting pending. BTW, during this month of down time, I had to request for reimbursement, and its only for 1 month.

Hi, I am struggling to find a solution to this problem. In my reconcile window, I have several invoices showing up as PAYMENTS. Some of these invoices have been paid by the client through quickbooks online payment and some have been received manually. Deposits are made as a lump sum which show up in the reconcile window as well as my bank statement. In the reconcile window, the invoices show up as payments as well as the lump sum deposits. Why are individual invoices showing up in the reconcile window if they have been already paid, matched and linked to a deposit? The invoices are showing up as payments and as an Accounts Receivable. It would make sense that only the deposits show up in the reconcile window and NOT the individual invoices. Any help would be much appreciated. I have called QBO support 5 times and was hung up on all 5 times. Support has not been great :(

Ejemplo, si agregué al peso uruguayo como multimoneda y la cotización del 04/01/24 fue de UYU 39,158 por cada dólar americano (cotización diferente a la que figura en el sistema por defecto), es posible cargar esa cotización personalizada para todo ese día? Es decir, evitando ajustar cada uno de los asientos individuales del sistema que tengan esa fecha. Muchas gracias!
