How do I setup a a reoccurring report to send myself an email daily of the time enteries?
Any time I try and unarchive a teammate from the My Team section in Time so I can review an ex-tm schedule it says "Employees and Quickbooks users can't be unarchived" and the option is greyed out. I know I am doing it the right way so I must be doing something else wrong to get this error.

We don't book any time that is not attached to a customer. Is there any way of making the customer field required when entering time? I few of our employees forget.
I have many Deleted and Archived Employees in the system. Every time I go into Time Entry and type in names, the Deleted and Archived employees display in the list, most of the time before my current employees. I have one employee name when I type it where I have to scroll past 10 Deleted and Archived names before I can get to hers. Why are the Deleted and Archived employees displaying in the Time Entry list at all? If they are Deleted or Archived they are no longer active and we would not be adjusting their time anyway. Could there not be an option to hide these employees so they no longer display in the Time Entry screen?
If a locked timesheet that falls within a previous pay period has the incorrect customer, is it okay for me to unlock that pay period, open the incorrect timesheet & change the customer that the timesheet is filed under even though payroll for that timesheet was already ran? if I don't change the timesheet duration at all and just change the customer will that have any negative effect on records or the payrolls that have already been ran? All of our new employees in QuickBooks Time have mobile time entry enabled by default. Our company settings have "Allow team members to track time on the mobile app" unchecked. Am I missing something? I would assume with that setting, mobile time entry would be off for all employees, unless changing the setting for an individual employee.

Hello, I am a Construction Company and I want to Track the time of each piece of Equipment that is used on a job.I have it setup that Each piece is a vendor - I enter the time of each piece into a time card - I do have it setup up double sided but it is throwing a negative number on my P&L. Hello, I am looking to set up a client in QBO Time who needs to bill different clients at different rates. Their employees rates are not affected and continue to be mostly salary based with some need for overtime tracking. The main purpose is that we want to track client billable hours at different rates to make sure the budgeting is correct. Any pointers with the set up in Time, the integration, and how to review this function in QBO itself are helpful.
Please make a change to allow each Project under a customer to have it's own address. Most construction companies use projects as separate jobsites but we can't add a separate address. Of course we can name the project by it's address. However, when I create a schedule for my employees on the Workforce app, there is no ability to get directions from the map feature. Please make this change ASAP!
We recently started using a time kiosk to sign in and out. However, a few employees have experienced an issue....the time kiosk is signing them out early...the employee has not input their time out. When they go to sign out, the kiosk is telling them they are already signed out when they were still working.Anyone else have this issue.Thanks
I want to get my employees to report to the correct manager and when i went into QB Time, there were over a thousand people listed as members - none of them my team. I've been deleting them individually, but is there a way to mass delete them and try and clean past data out of QB Time, which we haven't used for years....??
We have two contract employees that we pay through the same vendor(contractor) but we want to track their time for each contract employee separately. Basically Contractor A gets paid for the work Contract-Employee 1 and Contract-Employee 2 perform. Contractor A is responsible to pay Contract-Employee 1 and Contract-Employee 2. We want to track what projects Contract-Employee 1 and Contract-Employee 2 work on separately, but we also need to send a 1099 for all the payments made to Contractor A.One thought I had was using sub-vendors (similar to sub-customers) but I see that functionality is not available. Ultimately, we would like to use Quickbooks Time(workforce) to track the time of both Contract-Employee 1 and Contract-Employee 2. Any suggestions on how to set up Contractor A and both Contract-Employee 1 and Contract-Employee 2 to achieve this? Thanks in advance

How do I export the PTO history within QB Time?
We've had employees switching off their location and telling us that their T-Sheets wasn't working. Is there a way to prove this? What's the policy if an employee does not have cellular coverage. I would like to implement this as back up.
I have a contractor, he entered time into the system on 3/31/24 for the following dates 3/28 and 3/29. When I select "Time Entries" for "all teams" and select "This payperiod" his hours do not show up. "this Payperiod" is for 3/1/2024 - 3/30/2024. The hours worked were on 3/28/24 and 3/29/24. Why , when I select "This Payperiod" do his hours not show up? It looks like it is using the date time entered vs the date time logged. Note, if I run a custom date range including 3/31/24. He does show up.
Until recently when I was on the app, I would select Track Time - Timesheets and this would show a vertical column by date of the employees that had worked on a particular day. Let's say Wed, Apr 03, and then I would click on an employee and a pop up would come up showing their total hours and a list of the "jobs' they did during their shift. When I click on one of the jobs another pop up comes up with the start and end time for that job, as well as any notes they had entered during their shift. I used to be able to click on "Edit" and it would open their notes for me to view. Now when I click on Edit it only covers that part in a shade of gray....I've logged off and back in and I've deleted the app and reinstalled but it hasn't changed anything. Can anyone help?? Anyone else have employees who's apps are not syncing with the online administrator system? It can be multiple employees who have different carriers and iphones or androids. They have all deleted the app/reinstalled, turned off phones/repowered, updated software. One employee found that if he closed the app after every clock in/out it would sync 3 out 5 times, but not always. On my end I have used multiple browsers, cleared cookies/cache etc. This has been an ongoing issue for us and QB has been no help at all.
I am admin for company and keep getting asked by our employees if I've deleted them.in the last week or 2 something has changed where our usernames don't exist unless we use incognito tab or clear cache before we log in.it also makes our employees verify with 2 step authentication every time they login.any known fix to login issues?
My boss continues to get email notifications that anyone has edited their timesheet even though I have "unchecked" all and any forms of notifications that I can find. What am I missing? Thank you for the help!

Hi. How can I download time reports from the OLD TSHEETS? We are looking for reports from 2020 to 2022 and we were using the old version of TSHEETS. But now that it's transitioned to QuickBooks Time, we can no longer access 2020 - 2022 reports.
