I have 2 taxes that I have run reports and made payments, however I have discovered that I have many errors in those reports. I have tried to fix the problems but only make things worse. I think the solution is to delete the tax reports and start again. How do I do that?
sending a customer transaction statement to customers and the system just sends a summer an the email body. How do you attach a pdf?

I have allocated the Hours to different custormer for all of the employees. Some of the payrolls are assiged to each customers, some are not. Please help to solve this issue
I am trying to do my accounting and I am clicking on the accounting tab - reconcile - and it keeps asking me to 'match the books to the bank efforts' - however my accounts are already connected. There's no way to bypass this, no X, and because of it I cannot reconcile.
I want to change the program QuickBooks uses to email invoices and reports from within Outlook to another mail program, like Thunderbird or eM Client, but cannot find out how to do that. I set the default mail program to the desired mail client and it works properly for other applications but not QuickBooks. I don't want to use webmail. Any guidance will be gratefully received. Larry
Hello, I have a question about formatting item numbers for printing reports. One of my item numbers is SF-001. I would like to see this on a report. When I go to print a report and select 'Item', this is what I get: Sunflower Oil:SF-001 (Sunflower Oil Cold Pressed 500 ml / Huile de tournesol 500 ml) SF-001 is a subitem of 'Sunflower Oil' which we use to group items. In brackets is the item description. Why is it picking up all of this when I just want to print the Item Number. Any work around? Thanks in advance.

I had issues in my desktop 2023 Company file that displyed an accounts payable make payments screen that showed a negative balance for a vendor. When I went to help it suggested I install the Quickbooks Repair Hub, which I did; but after several attempts the File Doctor would not open.It ran the qyuck fix with no results; and I ran the program diagnostics. There were no errors there. I've been back and forth to the support pages and can't find a resolution. I then restarted my computer and tried again with no luck. I need to track all the time put into the project by both employees and subcontractors. I do this by adding an hourly rate for both employees and subcontractors and entering their time into weekly timesheets tagged to the project. I want to see the total profit on the project profitability report that reflects the total time cost not just the payroll expenses. Is this possible?

I am trying to figure out the best way to set up our chart of accounts and attempting to decide between using locations or classes. We operate as a storage company and as a retail furniture company and would like to be able to run reports based on that. While our income streams are kept separate, some of our bills are split between the two companies. It originally looked like we would be best served by using locations but those split bills would seem to make it better to use classes. Part of what we are trying to do is also simplify our chart of accounts so that we would not have to have separate accounts for some of the common expenses such as rent, office supplies, etc.
