Good afternoon,I've been searching for 2 hours to find a solution, here's hoping someone knows the answer.I want to produce a Customer Balance Summary Report Month by Month, for example: I want to be able to run the report for a specific group of customers that belong to a Chart of Account, for example: Does anyone know what plugin will allow me to run these types of reports? We run the report frequently so do not want to export to Excel and do it manually.Any help is greatly appreciated.Gavin
If I create a custom report and share it to "all" the users in my Quickbooks company can see the report but the accountant cannot. Apart from exporting the report as a PDF is there any way to share the custom report with the accountant?
have tried editing the a/c without success, it is still in the wrong place on the print-out

Hi I have recently paid back a directors loan in full so need to show that it has been repaid but can’t seem to find how to do that I assume I have to set up an entry to show the loan in the first place and then show that it has been paid back can anyone advise ? many thanks

We have to keep an Excel spreadsheet for our payments because QBO does not have a weekly report showing unpaid invoices with the description from the Bill / Supplier invoice. The memo/description field on customize is not this field - it is just the memo field - not the line description. There are lots of pages on the internet / QBO support about this - but they just do not work - I have tried them all.I know it would produce lots of lines for some invoices - that is exactly what I need!I am paying multiple currencies also. This was easy on Desktop.Could the description field on customize be changed as it is not the description field - it is the memo
Our reserves opening balance doesn't agree with our audited reserves closing balance for 2020. This must be due to entries I made after the accounts had been submitted. I need to find out what I entered during 2021 / 2022 with a date of 2020

Hello, I am doing the accounts of a charity client. Up until their financial year-end of 31-07-20, all their income and expenditure was Unrestricted funds and I have selected this class for all of their transactions. When I run the 'Financial Activities by Class report', all the income and expenditure transactions are correctly shown under the 'Unrestricted funds' column. However, when I run the Balance Sheet and display columns by classes, the assets (bank account) are shown in the 'Not Specified' column, but the Retained Earnings are correctly shown in the Unrestricted Funds column. If I go into the activity of the bank account from the Chart of Accounts, all the entries are showing as having been correctly allocated to Unrestricted Funds. My question is, how can I get the Balance Sheet assets to show in the 'Unrestricted Funds' column, instead of the 'Not Specified' column?
We want to send multiple customers a physical chasing letter through the post showing outstanding amounts and threatening further action if ignored when all previous reminders/statements haven't worked. Is there a letter template we can use in QuickBooks or a simple was to export the information into a template letter in Word/Excel?
i need to change where the customer address is as it does not fit window envelops and want to add late payment action on statement.
