I want to customize the QuickBooks online same as we do in NetSuite like first we create a plugin and in NetSuite we install that plugin so I can I do in QuickBooks online?
I've been told that I cannot disable estimate-acceptance feature.Currently, the notice only goes to the owner, who is not checking email on a regular basis. We need to see these notices as soon as estimate is accepted.
In the past few days, we've been getting notices that various estimates were approved by our customers. We would rather have them sign the pdf and return to us, as we've done in the past. So, is there a way to turn that feature off?
Do I have to have a certain level subscription to QuickBooks Online in order to be able to mark expenses as billable. According to the video on "How to mark expenses as billable in QuickBooks Online" it should be as simple as choosing "mark expenses and items billable" in the Expense tab under Accounts and Settings. Unfortunately, there is no "mark expenses and items billable" in my Expense tab in Accounts and Settings. Do I need a special subscription level to have that option?
A customer returned product they didn't need, invoices were paid, they just wanted a refund. I issued the refund receipt, and all was good there, and mailed the check. Went to the customer's account and now in the Total section under the "Amount" column it's showing a negative number, nothing under the "Balance" column, and the "Status" is paid. I have watched over 15 help videos and none of them show/tell you what to do or how to correct the negative number. Have I missed something or do I need to wait until the customer cashes the check and then match it once it appears in the QBO bank transactions for the negative number to disappear??Thank you!

Estoy requieriendo realizar una reclasificacion de saldos de terceros (vendors) en QB. Basicamente tengo un saldo en la cuenta por pagar de un vendor con su naturaleza contraria ya que se categorizaron los pagos mal, y deseo dar de baja al saldo que esta en naturaleza contraria cruzandolo con el saldo de otro vendor.Intente realizar la reclasificacion de saldos en un journal pero al parecer no tomo el movimiento.

I have a vendor who charges my credit card when I place an order for the total amount. Say I see a charge show up on my card for $1360. Then they partially ship over extended an period and each time this is accompanied with a bill for those items shipped.I could just enter the one charge for that vendor and be done with it but I need to split the amount between cost of goods and shipping expense and don't know those amounts until weeks later the bills start coming in with the goods. I also need to keep track so I know all I paid for is received.If I enter the charged amount as a straight credit card charge. Can I later assign or pay several bills to/with that charge as they come in?I can wait for the first bill, enter say a $550 bill, apply the $1360 payment to it and leave the rest as a credit to apply to consequent bills but this means I have to wait for the first bill before I can enter the charge which could be a month after the charge happens.Thanks
I am looking to get a check listing where I can choose the check number range. What report allows this? I am only finding where I can choose a specific check number. Custom reports do not work for me, so I am not able to tell if check range is an option.
