Checks printed from register and payroll have very small fonts. Is there a way to make them bigger? Quickbooks desktop allowed you to do this. Online version seems to lack that

I have just started using quickbooks and it is nothing but errors. Now it is my company logo. I have added multiple times, and saved. Everytime, it does not show on my dashboard, or invoices. All I get is the placeholder.
I am in the PO page & a class column has shown up to the right of the amount column. We use the Product/Service to categorize our products & activities. When I save a document I see a pop up asking about leaving Class column cells empty.is there an available selection to turn off the class column globally across forms or individually across form types?
For some reason previous owners are still coming up on account when I am the owner/guarantor on term loan. How do I change
I saved the estimate and did not yet submit to the customer. I would like to find that estimate but where?
I made an inventory adjustment for a damaged product but inventory adjustment reflected no value adjustment.
When we receive a deposit from a customer, we assign this deposit to an "Other Asset" account. When we later make a journal entry to change this asset to a job cost (COGS), this cost does not show up in the P&L by Job the way every other job associated cost does. Is there a way to make these costs show up?
I'd like to record rideshare (Uber/Lyft) income as Sales - Services. In the case of Lyft, the weekly payout lands in my business checking account every Tuesday. In trying to assign a category to the deposit in the bank register, "Sales (Income)" is the closest option - despite the fact I setup a category in Sales - Services for Lyft. Perhaps I'm thinking about this all wrong. Intuitively, I'm selling a service...a ride. So shouldn't that income be captured as such (Sales - Services)? Here's the bottom line: I want to accomplish 2 things -1) Recognize the Lyft rideshare income correctly in Quickbooks Online.2) Have that income show up on the "Sales" dashboard widget. Do I need to create phantom invoices or receipts? Seems crazy to think this would be the case. I can't be the first person who has had this question...so hopefully I'm just terrible at searching the support database and someone has a few answers.
In 2023 I had 2 Etsy shops. They were both hacked and I was able to close one but the other is still contacting me. I tried contacting Etsy but they never tried to solve the problem. Now I have an Intuit bill (deferred) for $2198.26 through Paypal. First of all, how did the Intuit bill get so big? That would be 183.18 per month. Secondly it is billed through "Intuit Omniwise Industry". I cannot find this online at all. Is this a bogus company? Thirdly, since I cannot access these accounts, can I get refunded for this money? The 2 accounts were under Masterworkarts.com and Faeriedustonline.com. I have transferred Faeriedustonline.com to a different platform (not Etsy) as I didn't want to lose my loyal customers. What can we do about this?
why is customer credit card information not saving
I tried hitting the clock and entering the new date and numbers, but when I go to save, it looks like it wants to replace the previous journal entry.
I need to make an entry to adjust the accounts receivable general ledger account but I need to be able to do it without choosing a customer name. Entry:Misc $40.72 DebitAccounts Receivable $40.72 Credit It's no specific customer, the gl doesn't match the A/R Summary Report and I just need to adjust to balance.
My online subscription has doubled the charge since last year. What is the reason for this?
My business credit card transactions are automatically imported. My question is how do I record the transaction because as it appears automatically, it is showing as a "Other income:Credit card rewards". This transaction was paid with credit card rewards but I am using them to pay of the credit card so its not income. How would I categorize this transaction (Payee & Category). Also, I paid the same business card with my personal checking that is not linked to QuickBooks. How would I go about categorizing this (Payee & Category).
it appears quickbooks has added the default "date" column on my invoices which I am fine with. But it is always empty and looks odd. Can I either add a date or remove it altogether?
Our Nonprofit has two fiscal years. One is Jun-Jul for our County grants and Oct-Sep for our Federal/State Grants. We are wanting to enter budgets by class, our Fiscal Year in QBDT is set for Jun-Jul. I can enter my County Grant budgets by class. To enter the Fed/State Budgets, can I change the Fiscal Year to Oct-Sep, then change it back to Jun-Jul? Then run my reports using the appropriate date depending on the Grant funding?
I am trying to refund a client for an invoice they paid for a service.
Cómo debo aplicar una nota crédito a un bill de un vendor?
I have an account I'm working on that never had an Opening Balance Equity entry or account. The start goes back to 2005!Each month the account will "reconcile" with the bank, however the Bank balance is way off from the QBO balance. If I of course make a AJE to the bank balance, then it will never reconcile because that amount wouldn't match with the bank. I have no clue how long ago this started. Can I make an OBE entry that would change the QB balance without creating a cash entry that would need to be reconciled? Right now, the books don't even have a Chart of Accounts account called Opening Balance Equity. When I try to create the account it says "There can be only one account of singular detail type." I'm putting in Account type as Equity and Detail type as Opening Balance Equity. Thanks for your help!
for example: i created a category that is listed under Business expenses on my profit and loss report. However i need it to be listed under Payroll expense
