In Quickbooks desktop version, I could change my printer settings depending on what I was printing. Is that an option in the online version?
I have noticed today that my year to date income statement has the correct numbers but when I click on the transaction report for a specific expense item it does not reflect the the latest imputed expense number. Example the Wages- Sales year to date is $303,000 but when I click on the $303,000 number it only has a Transaction report which only reflects $289,000 in aggregate. It does not show todays $14,000 expense. My Google Chrome is up to date.

As it relates to creating "Projects," once i create a project and want to use an existing customer, how do i retroactively add all the income, expenses and invoices associated with that customer to the Project?
How do I generate a profit and loss statement based on the memo line. I need the p&l for a specific event that has income and expenses in multiple categories. All transactions have the same memo line.

On the transaction tab, the first block as annoying ads. Payroll Learn More, Recommend - Payments made easier. I can "X" out of it but it is annoying for it to keep popping up.
Having trouble sending invoices
I made a Customer Inactive. Now I want to make them Active. Can't find a way to make them Active again. Does anyone know how to do that?
