A check I deposited on 11/10 has not gone through yet
I created a custom report and it works fine. I now want to duplicate that report with a minor change only. I have been unable to find where I can do this. I have to go back to reports and create an entirely new custom report. Can anyone help?
after an estimate is sent via email, can i see the customer message that i wrote before i sent the estimate?

Even though my customer has made payments for almost half of the estimate total, when I create a new invoice it shows they have the entire original amount to pay rather than the half that is owed.
Is there any way to create form for my daycare customer, for the service given throughout the year. On quickbooks desktop I had to do it manually (but using a report from QB to get numbers customer paid). Example attached[PDF Removed]
I've checked those options ON in Invoice Payments. QBO used to show that these were on, on the Invoice screen, and also in the customer's email, where a "Review and Pay" link was offered. Neither thing is happening now. What more must I do to resurrect the Review and Pay link?
I am using deferred revenue recognition for a client and the Service date is unknown at the time of raising the invoice. There is a payment term the client has but sometimes payments are received 30-45 days later. How do I enter the Service date when it is not known or expected to change? Is it possible to automatically have the service date be the actual date when the Payment is Received? Thanks!
New to quickbooks online and trying to find the best way to learn
I'm trying to understand why my report will show class on some A/R entries and not others. Invoice 351 is classed, as shown in attachment Invoice 351 detail. However, the report does not reflect any class.Invoice 350 is classed and does reflect correctly on report. What could I have set up wrong to cause this frustration? Please and thank you for any help you might be able to give.

If the invoiced total isn't the same as the actual payment made, how do I match or merge those 2 transactions?
What used to be a very quick process, reconciling an account is now painfully slow. When you click on an item as cleared I get a spinning symbol before it checks the item. This happens with EVERY item and is making reconciling an account with many items to clear a very tedious process. Anyone else experiencing this problem or have a solution. I am using the online version.
I am cash accounting method but when I created invoices it was set to Accrual. Now I see AR transactions (invoicing and payments) in the checking account registry and need to clean that up. How do I remove them from my checking account registry so my account and reports show correctly?
We moved from DT to QBO 6 months ago and while I can see all my deposits which come from our customers (donors) they will not show up in any report that I can figure out. The other problem I see is many of our deposits are splits in which they are a received from or a payee for a single deposit. Is there a transaction type report that allows me to list customer (they do show up in the customer list) to these deposits? Also, how do I get these deposits to associate with the customer when you look at the customer list.? Thanks

My front desk staff does invoicing for me when customers check out. I don't want them to see the running total of paid vs unpaid invoices at the top of the page. How do I get rid of access for that?
