How can I change the designated revenue account for a transaction last year?
I'm trying to adapt the starter report - AR Aging Detail with the email date and email address for the invoices that were sent out of QB. Can anyone assist me with this? Is it even possible?

How do I remove a check number from a payment that was online and outside of QuickBooks?
My VAT return got rejected by HMRC with INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR but I've spoken to HMRC and everything is ok from there side, just shows as open. The software says there is an error, but takes me to page with a Prepare Return button that won't respond to clicking on. HMRC say they can't do anything, you need to force the software to prepare the return again. I only have a day before penalties

I have a contractor client that has a job whereby he submits a draw request to the bonding company for payment to the subcontractors, himself and suppliers. What's the proper way to enter this into the books. I want to be able to keep track of all the expenses associated with this particular job within quickbooks and not have to do double enter into excel. For instance, I have been creating a bill in quickbooks desktop when an invoice comes in from a supplier, but how do I account for it being paid when the bonding company has actually paid it?

I am having issues exporting reports to Excel. I have done this for years on QuickBooks Enterprise Suite, and just today when attempting to export to a new spreadsheet, the top three options are all greyed out. I have updated QB to the latest release, updated and repaired Excel, and reinstalled programs. I've tried to toggle the UAC, rebuilt my data file, and anything else I've found on past strings. No luck. This option to export to Excel is absolutely crucial to my operation, so this is a killer. Any help is appreciated.
How to include the POS fee in my invoices
Hello, This is my first time asking a question here. I have been trying to deal with an ongoing issue in which the Quantity On Hand by Site inventory doesn't match with Quantity on Hand by Lot number. I am unsure of how to make an adjustment to correct that discrepancy. When using the Adjust Quantity/Value on Hand function, any change made through that channel changes the total quantity on hand. Is there a way to adjust the quantity of a specific item and lot without affecting the total quantity on hand?
We just switched to categories. Now the category name shows up on estimates and invoices, not just the part number. Salesmen are yelling! So now it looks like this on estimate: "Sensors:453.372-10v" Where Sensors is the Category and 453.372-10v is the part number. Those categories are internal terms only. Trying to manually edit it on estimate/invocie doesn't work.
I am looking for a customer transaction report that lists credits and debits and keeps a running balance, similar to the one I've produced in PeachTree that I've attached here. The report I've found that comes closest is the Invoices and Received Payments report but it only offers to show me the current Open Balance and I am needing the historic balances to be displayed
