It seems that ShipEngine is the third-party service coordinating the data between QB and the carrier. We have negotiated rates with FedEx and UPS, so would like to use these rates. We usually ship and then add the tracking number and a cost in the invoice. How would this be done with Shipping Manager when the Invoice is done after the shipment. Will we be able to continue after May 31 with the current shipping screens? Lots of unknowns not found on the resources pages.
Hello Community,we want to use the shipping manager in Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise.We have never used the Shipping Manager. Now we would like to integrate UPS.After we have accepted the terms and conditions and entered all our data, the error message appears:Oops! Something went wrong...Account registration failedPostalCode and/or CountryCode input does not match those associated with the AccountNumber [9570103 The Postalcode and the account number definitely match. We have also tried it with our second account. It doesn't work with that either.Do you have any tips for us on how we can solve this problem?Thank you very much for your help!
I’d like to grant access to an employee who regularly interacts with customers so they can view and respond to customer survey feedback. What is the minimum level of access I can assign that still allows them to perform this function, without giving them broader administrative permissions?

Hi all,I’m currently using Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES), through my company, which I understand is the more advanced version of QuickBooks Online (QBO) — both being cloud-based products.When I access IES or QBO through a web browser, it’s clear that I’m using two distinct products: The Enterprise Suite interface is branded and labeled accordingly, with additional features and a different layout.The standard QuickBooks Online interface is noticeably simpler and has its own branding.However, when I use the QuickBooks Online desktop application, the interface looks more like standard QBO — no special Enterprise Suite branding or enhanced features that I see in the browser version of Enterprise.So my question is:Is there a separate desktop application specifically for Intuit Enterprise Suite? Is there any other way to batch upload additional line items to existing bills in QBO. I have around more than hundred bills to add additional expense line item and I need it to work on the same existing bill and #I already tried batch transaction feature, spreadsheet sync edit and create records and third party batch uploads but all are uploading the bills separate to the existing bill. Im using unique bill # for each bills too.
Has anyone found a 3rd party tool to extract the "Invoiced" and "Remaining" column data(line item product/service) from an Estimate that is for a Progress Invoice?
I do not have a button to send a client request on my QBOA. It is supposed to be under Work > Create client request. I was told by QBO support that some new accounts are part of a pilot where the feature is being moved under the Client List. But when I go to the Cient List and client click on the client name as instructed, I still do not have the new tab or button. I have no way of sending a client request. One of the reps had me clear the history, go into multiple browsers, different computer, etc. The result is the same on every browser and every computer, so this really isn't a browser issue. I have also received several follow-up phone calls regarding my open cases to see if I was still having this issue. But nothing has changed and I am still not able to send client requests. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? How do I go about getting the programming team to expedite addressing this? I was given two case numbers # 15123005036 and 151
These windows depicting people at a computer and suggesting I learn about this or that are constantly popping up while I am trying to work. The pop up window blocks my task bar and 2or 3 times out of 10 won't close- no matter how many times I click on "Maybe Later". This forces me to completely close the program to get rid of it, so I can work. This is beyond annoying. Then the same suggestions keep popping up with no way to say "No Thank You" or "Don't show me this again" I guess the marketing genius's at Intuit believe we don't know our own minds? I work freelance with over 20 company files, so I have to go through this with every company I open -multiple closing the program throughout the day. Please Intuit- Can you fix this?

I have my Quickbooks connected to Hubspot using the app. We are syncing the invoices into Hubspot, but have run into a few issues. 1) the Customer name is not being synced. So all of the invoices are just being dumped into Hubspot with no way of matching them. 2) We want the invoice URL to be one of the fields pulled over. But I can't find where to turn that feature on.

What I need to adjust ending balances of a clients customer base to zero. I can do this customer by customer, but was hoping there was a simpler, "one click" option that would allow me to do this. Any suggestions would be helpful... thanks in advance.

Since Quickbooks desktop is poorly programmed (or deliberately designed to be as slow and tedious to work with as possible, I honestly can't tell) and doesn't even allow basic tasks, such as importing subitems or payments through csv, I've been forced to write scripts to input these items. They had to be quite complex in order to be mostly fully automated. I would just like to thank the developers behind Quickbooks desktop for giving me this learning experience with scripting.
When trying to ship via UPS from within QuickBooks, I receive the following error: Error: [250002] Invalid Authentication Information. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? QuickBooks help has been absolutely no help. I tried UPS too and they were polite, but couldn't help, as I expected.
How do I get rid of passwords for quickbooks desktop
Hello,What is the best way to categorize payments to credit cards? When I record as Credit card payment or categorize to another bank account (clearing account), I still see 2 transactions for the same amount during the reconciliation of bank and credit cards accounts. Clearing account approach worked fine for bank to bank transfers but still an issue having duplicate transactions in regards to credit card payments. Any ideas how to resolve the issue to have only 1 transaction in the reconciliation window for the bank or credit card. I appreciate your response. Thanks
need quickbooks to help migration from online to desktop. however, quickbooks support indicated they are unable to help need to seek a 3rd party .
I use a third party vendor for billing that is then imported into Quickbooks desktop. I want to be able to (at the end of the month print all the invoices to send out to the customers. The problem with income tracker is it only shows invoices that have a balance owing. I have several customers that pay ahead and I need to be able to still send them a monthly invoice showing what their current balance is. A statement will not work as it doesn't provide the detail that an invoice provides and sending the invoice with the the statement defeats the purpose of what we are attempting to accomplish

Then below it says: "Get 24/7 premium supportGet in touch with your support team via phone or chat." Which is incorrect -- you cannot reach Priority Circle Support via chat. But it gets worse... Further down is says: "24/7 premium supportGet in touch with your premium support team at xxx-xxx-xxxx, anytime, 7 days a week. Live assistance is also available through the chat and callback features in your QuickBooks Help menu." Which is wrong.
