Transactions

Hi, By chance i have found a couple of purchases that haven't automatically fed through from my bank to QBs. I have tried updating the transactions to sync it again but that hasn't worked. I have read a few other forums and it seems that i will need to manually upload these transactions. However as i only found these transactions by chance i am concerned that there will be others that i haven't noticed. Is there a way I can easily find any bank transactions that haven't automatically synced to QBs? Thanks
Is it true that NO Item Custom Fields data will be included when converting a Sales Order into an Invoice or Purchase order? This is ludicrous, we use UPC as an example Custom Field in all of our products. When entering a Sales Order, obviously the Custom Field UPC populate the SO, but when converting this SO into an Invoice via "Create Invoice" none of the Item Custom Fields data (UPC) populates the newly created Invoice. We have to manually enter the Invoice if we want the Custom Fields to populate. Please help or advise.

We have many clients who are CIS contractors and subcontractors and with the inevitable MTD for self-employment we have been pushing them to start using Quickbooks but why can a simple thing like creating a CIS invoice not be done using the mobile app? I know it is possible using a mobile web-browser but it's really fiddley and awkward which is not ideal. I hope there are plans to make this possible in the near future.
When I receive a refund from one company I use, I pay the amount e.g £300 then receive a refund of £30 but then send me an invoice of the difference, for example £270. How do I then match the payment of £300 and the refund of £30 to the invoice of £270.
Hi Everyone, Please be aware of an issue which started at approximately 10am 06/04/2023 where invoices/ transactions which are sent from QuickBooks are not being received to clients emails. We have raised this as high priority to our engineering teams who are currently working to resolve this. If you need to urgently send invoices/ transactions to customers you can do so by following these steps: Select the invoice and go to View/ Edit Go to the bottom of the invoice and select Print/ Preview Select Download Then send the download via your email We apologise for any inconvenience this issue may cause and are tracking contacts on Investigation Number: 86148. It would help reviewing transaction in bulk, in this instance I have to do each of them separately.

Whenever I try to apply a specific supplier credit to a specific supplier bill, QBO applies the credit in smaller amounts to multiple outstanding bills. Whenever I follow the guidance online. When I deselect multiple bills, it makes no difference and QBO still applies supplier credits to bills in a really odd way. It seems to be a bug? I can see someone asked this same question 2 years ago but the question and responses were deleted. Can anyone provide guidance or a workaround? Thank you.
