Our process to authorise suppliers' invoices for payment are done manually. I am looking to automate this by sourcing for a software to automate this that can be integrated to QB Online.

QuickBooks app says no subscription active, my phone subscriptions says not active and yet for nearly a year I have been charged 11.99. It shows as Google via my PayPal so I didn’t notice until now
Can anyone help with the integration of TikTok Business Sales into QuickBooks Online for making tax digital purposes? I cannot see an app integration and just wondered if anyone is having the same issue and how they have resolved recording the income into QuickBooks online
Progress creating an estimate or invoice is lost when i leave the app (not closing down). When i reopen it starts afresh fetching data rendering the app absolutely useless for now.
As an internet company we want to export data from our Woo Commerce site into QuickBooks 2013 Enterprise edition. We are also a manufacturing company too and we need the Build assemblies feature that we find in QB Enterprise 2013 desktop. This program is fantastic and although we've looked at the online solution it doesn't offer what the Enterprise version does. In fact its pretty poor....... Ideally we want just to export the following details form Woo to QB. First Name Last Name Card Address Shipping address Telephone number E mail address Can anyone suggest a simple integration that will work to achieve this please ? We only need it to gone way too - so simpler ?? We've tried a US plugin called Synder, but fell at the last hurdle as they don't support Opayo Payment Service provider, even though this isn't needed by us. "Computer says no" !! Good morning, I have scheduled monthly client invoices for which I use GoCardless to receive payments. All the GC mandates are imported so everything is automated. GC have announced that from September they are to start charging VAT on their fees so can you tell me how the automated process will work. For example, if I have an invoice for £100 (incl vat), GC currently pays £99.90 into my bank account and QBO posts the £0.10 fee to my GoCardless Fees expense account. Once GC start charging VAT, their deduction will be £0.10 + VAT of £0.02. So the net into my account will be £99.88. Therefore my question is, will the £0.12 all be posted to my GoCardless Fees account or will it be split as £0.10 to GoCardless Fees and £0.02 to VAT Control Many thanks,Malcolm
I get the following message when I create an invoice Email verification not completePayPal is requesting that you complete email verification before continuing. Failing to do so will result in payments being blocked or held be PayPal. I sign into PayPal but can't find out what to do... Driving me mad. Rich
I had all my data from last tax year sorted out through quick books then it had an Inuit update which lost all my data. I am in need of a contact with quickbooks to get it back but it seems impossible to actually speak to a member of the team to help.
I have received an email advising that payment will now be collected from our customers account on the invoice date with payments 2 working days thereafter. However the charge date for our invoices is still being processed as 3 working days after the invoice due date. Can someone advise if there is an issue or if the new timescales are yet to be implemented?ThanksJason
I have recently won a piece of work in Denmark.Mettle, my bank account provider, doesnt accept overseas transactions. I'm trying to find a way to enable that. I thought there might be an app that integrates with QBO that would help somehow any suggestions? Wise doesn't accept Danish Krone
I have a Holiday park with about 80 units on, we invoice for utilities (Gas, Electric, & Water) by taking meter readings and invoicing appropriatly At the moment this involves a big Excel spreadsheet and lots of double/triple entry of data for myself to first record the data, then calculate usage, & finaly invoice the individual customers is there an app at present that i can use to do this that will sync with my quickbooks?

Why won't the app bring up my details when I use my tablet instead of my. It keeps thinking I am a new customer.
