QB must have access to his email address as a user of QB. My Client clicked on the Unsubscribe link but keeps receiving emails so he has asked me to help him Unsubscribe from ALL QB emails. Can you please advise how to do it. Many thanks.
Hi, I ordered the wrong product as I need to integrate with Zettle. I bought self employed but need online. There is no option to upgrade in my account and when I try create an online account it says my email address is already taken - because I’m using it for self employed.
Hi, I'm building apps to connect to Quickbooks Online using the sandbox. During testing of our apps, when I use a new browser, the login takes me to "Let's make sure you're you" verification page. Here, if I choose the option "Verify my account a different way (takes longer)" and continue, it lands on this "https://community.intuit.com/articles/1319900" page with "Not Found". If I try to login to the account directly, this 3rd option doesn't appear. It only shows "Text a code" and "Email a code". How to either avoid or make "Verify my account a different way" takes the user to a valid page? Thanks in advance. Regards,Sethus
Our church has a $159 credit for a few months with a supplier. They eventually issued a refund check. How would I convert my recorded credit as a refund? I wasn't sure if I would delete the credit and record a deposit, or exactly what I would do?

Changed computer. Installed QBD UK Pro 2010 R2 from my original disk purchased. Program would not open Company File data, stating that the data had been previously used with a later Release version of QBD Pro 2010 UK. How can I access later Release version of QBD 2010 Pro UK? Thanks
I don't have a Billing and subscription option in the account and settings panel. When i go into play store subscriptions, there's no subscription in there.
I need a quick answer asap.I have QBOA and have clients on Wholesale billing due soon for renewal. I have changed my subscription payment card details from a credit card, which was in place previously, to Prepaid Card. I entered the OTP from my bank which issued the Prepaid Card and the change was saved in QuickBooks. Will the card be accepted at billing time? Please let me know
I set up a self employed account, through my desktop via Google Chrome and choose to pay with google pay, (because OBVIOUSLY Google Chrome syncs easily to my Google Pay account). Due to me choosing to pay via this method I don't have full access to all that's available on self employed! I have just found this out after 2hrs on a useless chat forum. I have now been told by the (useless) chat forum after waiting that I have to cancel my account and start up a new one! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! If Quickbooks Self Employed has such stupid policies in place, why did it not warn me on checkout that if I choose to pay with Google Pay it will limit my access? And why can I now not just simply change my payment method. A payment method cannot determine how much access you have on an account! Especially without making the customer aware on checkout.
