My service does not expire until 3/24.
After my Mac computer was updated to Sonoma 14.0, QB also got upgraded to the 2021 version. Somehow after restoring several different backups, the accounts are not all showing up and all of my income information is completely missing from all of the years. The expense accounts are also not showing up fully either. I am not sure how to restore my files to full use. Any advice?

Is there a template setting to populate the Project name in the subject of an invoice email?
I have four transactions as below showing in my Quickbooks online as "Spent" however when I go to look for them in my bank statements there are no debt/withdrawal entries that match. 9/11 - $7.009/11 - $33.009/11 - $3.009/11 - $10.00 To resolve the imbalance of $53 dollars between the two systems I excluded them from Quickbooks. The question is why are those showing in Quickbooks as entries being spent when there is no such entries at the bank level? Thank you in advance.

I used to be able to customize a transaction report to get the data I need but not so in today's online version. THX again guys!
Any one else familiar with the above QB Online login issue. I am the Master Admin on this account and I have spent 2 days with QB support trying to resolve. They seem to get me back in eventually and then its like something happens overnight on their server and the next day I try to login, I am locked out again. If you have aver experienced, please let me know what they did to resolve permanently. Thanks! Bryant
As a member of an affiliate's "team", I charge $222/session for my services, and am required to pay $111 of each session to her directly. I'm wondering how I classify this? A business expense? Or is it not even my profit?
I am trying to use QuickBooks Self-Employed for the first time and am unable to connect my credit card. I've tried three different cards and two different browsers. The subscribe is always greyed out.Any help would be appreciated.
The credit card I have on file for my Quickbooks Desktop annual subscription renewal expired last month. A few weeks before that expiration, Quickbooks started popping up a notification at startup reminding me to update the expiration date. Once I got my new card, I logged into my Quickbooks Account and did that. The popup still keeps coming up. I have even clicked the "I've already done that" button and it still keeps popping up every time I start Quickbooks. What do I need to do to get this to go away?
Hi everyone. My client owns a consulting firm. She has a QBO Accountant account and a QBO Essentials subscription. She wanted to upgrade to Advanced but since she has the QBO Accountant, she just wanted to migrate her data from the regular subscription to the QBO Accountant. Is that possible? Is it the same with the regular migration?
When I'm searching for a vendor or line description in the search option, nothing is loading and there is transactions that I know are available but it's giving me nothing
Done this 4 times and still doing the same thing. iOS 17.0.3 on iPhone 14+
Hello, Just a random question, what will be the best way to go about just one-time customers? We have walk-in customers that we only do one job, and we have customers that we work them all of the time. My list of customers is growing quite a bit because of those one-time customers and if delete those one-time customers those invoices will be deleted. How can I go about those one-time customers in QBO so I don't need to implement all of their info, and for my customers list doesn't keep growing.
I'm fairly new to QBO and I'm trying to get the $$ amt shown on my balance sheet for my Operating Account to tie to SOME NUMBER on the bank reconciliation. I'm thinking it should tie to the "Register Balance" as of the month-end date, but it doesn't. Does that sound right?
