I'm trying to allocate 1/3 of my home wifi bill to business expense in QBO. The payment is made through my personal checking. How would I journal that? Thank you.
I have tried everything I know to do. Gone through several post but no remedy. I have contractors that I have paid, they are all 1099 vendors, however when I do a report only 2 are in the report. I started using QB Online because I thought it would make this process easier. Can anyone tell me how to remedy these reports not being complete? If I go to the individual contractors it shows what they were paid. They just won't show up in the report, help?
I need to brute force this problem. Since the standard answers are not working. I have 6 accounts at my credit union. 5 of them transferred to Quickbooks. What are the possible reasons #6 did not connect with Quickbooks?While I have no proof, I think It might have to do with the name, maybe the name is a duplicate of another account I already have, or I changed the name at the bank and Quickbooks can't figure out the accounts are the same. Or it might be something completely different. I need to start chopping down reasons why it does not work until I get to the real reason. I spent 2 hours with QB tech support connecting and reconnecting my bank accounts. That was not successful. I just need things to try until I find the right solution.
I had the notices in the past but no longer. Not even in an incognito tab.
Hi,I work for company that integrates with QBO, recently we had an issue where some of our customers became disconnected from their QBO accounts and needed to reconnect. However many of our customers don't see all their QBO companies in the list when they try to reconnect. I Attached image to better explain what page with companies I mean.I had the customer check that he is still an admin in all his companies and he says he is.Did anyone encounter something similar?
When I enter a bill it automatically checks it as billable and I don't want that, I want to mark what I need to be billable myself. Is there somewhere I can go in preferences or someplace else where I can uncheck it so it doesn't mark everything billable?

Once I link the accounts the data download occurs without errors. I've already looked at the linked accounts on my Chase website and it shows that Intuit is linked.
Is anyone else facing this issue?
What is the easiest way to add a non-posting, non-financial note on a single line in an estimate and invoice? I would like to add notes that do not tie to any accounts. I do not want to leave them in the memo field. I do not want to add them to the Statement note field. Is there a standard non-posting account in QuickBooks?
We connected one of the credit cards (X-CC USER)and then classified all of the transactions, before realizing that it should have been a sub-account to the master Credit card account (XX-MASTER ACCOUNT) Tried to make the (X-CC USER) a sib-account of (XX-MASTER ACCOUNT) and got a message that it Something’s not quite rightYou can't change the parent of this account to (XX-MASTER ACCOUNT) because it or its parent is already set up for Online Banking or Web Connect. QuickBooks Desktop VersionPremier Plus Manufacturing and Wholesale When we email invoices, POs, and such to our customers and vendors, everything works great. No issues with functionality. However, the Display Name from those emails are confusing and our customers are missing them. Currently, when a customer receives an email, it looks to have come from: "Intuit E-Commerce Service" <[email address removed]> To a customer, this looks like spam or something. The subject line is appropriate and contains our company name. But, we work largely with customers who are not tech-savvy. They can't/won't be able to discern the subject/content from the sender, nor will they be able to do email searches and such. The email does contain our actual company email. Apparently my Quickbooks Desktop for Mac subscription expired. When I go to resubscribe, I get the following message: Sorry, we are unable to process your request at the moment. Please try again after sometime. If the issue persists, please contact technology support and reference this message. (Error code: EBPI-400-ENTL-055) I have been trying for 4 days now to no avail. Help?
When I try to add the new user, I get an error message showing that they need to accept the invite. But, as they don't show in my list of users, I can't see to find a way to resend the invite or delete them and add them anew.
because he did not click the invite a month ago, I have resent the invite this time, did not know if that affects the page or not.
