I have my own firm and account in QBO Accountant. I am subcontracting to another who has a firm and account in QBO Accountant. Can he add me to his team using my account's email address? Do I need to create another email address to specifically use as a subcontracting address? I have tried to replicate this using my own accounts. When I add the team member, if I give them an email address that already has an intuit account, it gives me an error.

I have very little computer experience. We are a nonprofit and have QB Plus. I have catergorized all of our bank transactions. So far, all donations have been made through venmo to our nonprofit checking account or given to us by checks and we have deposited them into our np checking account. The amounts of the donations don't show up with the donors. How do I fix this so that I can send donors an end of year receipt? Idk very much about this so I really need step by step instructions please.
