The only option for a Time by Customer or a Time by Employee report includes DETAIL which gives me all their time listed by each day which is a VERY LONG REPORT. I just want a Time by Customer report with NO DETAIL

We are a very small Not-for-Profit (NFP) and we use QBO EssentialTechSoup offers NFPs significantly reduced pricing on softwareI bought TechSoup (TS) QuickBooks Online Plus subscription for $75/yr. I assumed (BAD IDEA) I could apply it to our account. Received TS license and found it would only create a new account.I called QBP support who said TS must fix it. 30 minutes wait to get through.I called TS and they said only QBO could fix it. Another 30 minutes wait to get through.I called QBO and was a bit more insistent. Another 30 minutes wait to get through. QBO Support transferred me and found the only way to do this was to export the data and reimport it to the new account. 1.5 hours later I was told the only way to export / import was to upgrade both account to QBO Advanced, which they did, but said they would reimburse us for the extra when done with this process. They upgraded both accounts and changed the old account to MONTHLY BILLING at

Today when I tried to run a deposit report all transactions showed. I tried to filter out other transactions, that did not work. I ran an invoice report, all transactions showed. I did a chat with QBO, they could not help me and they confirmed that there is an investigation for this issue.
I have run other reports and tried filtering the transaction type and it won't accept it.
When viewing Audit History of a transaction, "<Back" brings me back to the transaction. "Close" brings me back to Audit History, and not the original report/source of the transaction. I get stuck going back and forth, and eventually have to use the left side menu to rerun the report or get back to the source of the transaction. Anyone else have this issue? Solution?
If I add a new team member to my Accounting Firm with very limited access and want to grant them access to a particular client, is it possible to limit their access within a client's books? or is full access the only option?
Hi All,I am using quickbooks desktop version 2018 so i just want to confirm one thing that we are using one Item for taking Purchase via Enter bill after that we can move this Item in other Inventory Item like Stock Rolling Item and Sales from Stock rolling Item. I just want to know is that practice OK or not ?. Secondly is its necessary to used one item for sales and Purchase or NOT confirm what is the best way. Pls Suggest
Hello everyone,I hope that you and your families are all well, healthy and safe in this craziness we're all going through! I have QB 2018 premier edition and have been using the email feature with my G Suite account (same as Gmail settings) which had worked great for years even in previous version of QB.Today I tried to send out an invoice and got a login window (as I sometimes did before) but it looked a bit different. I entered my password as usual but kept getting the above window. I know I had the right credentials so I then clicked on the "these steps" link which just brought me to the GSuite/Gmail "less secure" configuration explanation for APPS which is not my case.I suspected that this was because G Suite is no longer letting me connect less securely via the email configurations in QB. so I then went into the email settings in QB and selected the more secure way to connect.then the login window appeared but I could not change the email address in the
I am asked to sign in to my intuit account about every week to use Quick books. It always asks for my corporate email address but doesn't recognize it. When I sign in with my personal address it allows me to continue but says it will send a request to my corporate email requesting me to authorize my personal email. It never sends the email and we go this silly routine every week or so! How do I fix this?
I’ve deleted the app’s multiple times. Even used new iPhone and iPads. It says my account has been locked for my safety. But I called and emailed people at QuickBooks and no one has helped me.
Six months ago I lost my Marriot card and had it replaced. I went thru the process to link the account and now I have a problem. If I go to the register I only see the card payments from my bank and no charges appear. If I select the card in the transactions menu I see both the new and the old account number and a balance by each and a message "We can’t find this account at your bank" under the old account.If I click report this and get a message when it is fixed nothing happens. I have done this may times over the last 4 months. If I go to manage connections I see the replacement account and the old account number. If I try and disable the old account number I get the error "Something DIdn't work". If I click fix this now and go to the process I see that new account is linked. Can anybody help with this?
I developed a report in January to track project cash flow, utilizing distribution accounts for obligated income vs materiel and labor expenses. It worked very well. Yesterday, I ran the report again, and the income and expenses are not in the report. I was able to manually track the payments to the contractor, but only by the company name, not by distribution accounts, AND the scanned receipts are missing. The project income is in a separate distribution account, but I have to look in the filtered register or journal for that - it also won't come up in the CAS's report
Per my previous - data exists (can be found by filtering register), but running pre-existing reports, or generating a report in CAS, does not return the transactions it should.
How can i search by the Unclassified Income Name to locate these transactions? I have gone through all of my bank transactions and can not locate any assigned to this Income title
Federal & State compliance ruse for direct deposit accounts. Requiring "Principal Officers" address, ssn, DOB, physical address, etc. For church clients I have - there is no "Principal" officer or as on some, the board changes the "President of the Board" every year. What Do you want me to use for these churches?
I used to be able to pull up my reminders for month end entries I have as recurring entries on the dashboard but it is no longer there. I need to go to recurring entry list and then hit reminders to see them. I liked it better in the dashboard where it was easily accessible.
