I have a Credit Card Credit on 03/11/2022 that posted as -$1600.00. This should be a +$1600.00. How do I correct this?
When trying to adjust my inventory quantity amount I get an error message telling me "There's an unexpected error that occurred while accessing or saving your data". I've cleared my browsing data hoping that would work, but it didn't.

Our consultants have cash basis reports showing the clients who have paid recently. We would like to also show on those reports if the payment was in fact a refund or a credit memo, since currently it's just grouped as if they paid regularly. Is there a section under customization I'm missing?
Can someone please tell me how to add a default message to the "note to customer" section of the invoice in QBO. Everything I can find online only talks about editing the default email message, which I know how to do.Thanks!
example: a donor pledged 7,500 in 2021 to be collected 2,500 in 2021, 2,500 in 2022 and 2,500 in 2023. I added tags for the years to the created invoices and would like a report that shows the balance due by year in 1 report.
I just spent the last 2.5, 3 hrs chatting with 4 different people about the same issue. No one was able to resolve the issue. I got hung up on by the third agent after she tried to push me into call back services. No one worked the same and they seemed to only have very basic knowledge that I can look up myself. Greetings, I'm trying to assist someone in getting to their QB data. They have brought me a computer with QuickBooks 17 Retail Edition installed on it (Desktop Enterprise Edition). The company has been out of business for several years so their subscription has expired. is there any way to work around for this just to be able to access data? If not, what is the cheapest way to be able to license the product long enough to extract the required data. Thanks, Mike
How do I remove the XYZ Incorporated company from this list (see screenshot) after logging in to QBO? There's no option to "remove from list" and it asks me this every single time I log in to Quickbooks Online.

We are residents of TN but do not have a physical address there. I'm unable to update my employee information and tax setup in QB since it won't take my new address.
I have 4 employees who each have a company credit card.I have set up a Master Accoutwith the 4 employees as sub accounts. Each employee has a balance. Total balance is 10,866.48. I want to/need to zero out their account and then close their accounts.Note that these are 3 months worth of transactions. Need to start at zero and clear that total balance that is due $10,866.48.
