The Principal Account owner on the merchant services account we use has left the company. We are trying to figure out how to get it updated or if we need to create a new account. So far I have not been able to find any helpful information online nor been able to reach a support person who can provide direction. This is impacting our ability to solve payment issues as we often get told we cannot get helped unless the former employee is the one asking. Any help or direction is appreciated.

I am an accountant. Client has 2019 QB for Mac. I have 2022 QB for Mac. Client sent backup file which I restored on my computer but I am not able to open it with her Administrator Password. Can someone please explain how the migrated password works. If I select reset password it asks for License number, name, etc. Would that be my license number or the clients? If the client's, is this going to reset it on her copy as well. Nothing is easy anymore since they implemented the QB account aspect for logging into files.
I have QB Pro Desktop 2022. Just need to know how to change my e-mail address inside quickbooks. No other changes, just an e-mail change. I tried logging on from my quickbooks "manage my quickbooks account" and there is no way to make the change.

I have a client who manually entered transactions and also downloaded the same transactions using her bank feed. The transactions were downloaded into a different account than the one she used to manually enter her transactions. Consequently, all of the transactions in the bank feed account were entered twice, doubling the income and expenses. The bank feed account has a lightning bolt in the cleared column. I need to delete the bank feed account and all of its transactions. How do I do this? Please be specific. Thank you.
I have been unable to send any emails from QB since the past 4-5 days. Customer chat support is all that is offered and am told that this will be resolved at the earliest. It is rather disappointing that there is no further response. Very frustrating to download invoices & send it manually from our email id.Anyone else with a similar issue? What's happening?
So, I've been using personal resources to pay for various upstart costs associated with my newly formed LLC. As of 12/31/2021, I hadn't been reimbursed because the company hasn't had the funds. At this point, I would like to consider those expenses like a personal investment I've made in my company. How do I categorize these expenses, and do I need to upload the receipts for each expense? Or, can I add up all of the expenses, create a journal entry, and keep the receipts for backup?
Hello. Since February 4t, 2022 (today is February 28th, 2022) I have been unable to get anyone at QuickBooks to fix my QBO Simple Start account. My QBO SS thinks it is QB Self-employed because I clicked on a 1099 link in an email, and the account everted to QB Self-employed. I have spent at least 15 hours of my time and 15 agents asking me to repeat my situation over and over again. We've used Glance at least 10 times I have had supervisors say they will get it fixed and say they will call me back, and they don't. I have had agents say I'll receive an email from some technical person, and I do not (I've even looked in my spam folder). I have used incognito windows, reset my modem, used different browsers, cleared my cache and NOTHING WORKS. My case numbers are:#[removed] and #1577441440 I CAN NO LONGER CONTINUE WITH MY LIFE/BUSINESS IN THIS MANNER. a customer wanted me to remove a job it had only 1 invoice which i had applied a payment to but i removed every reference to that the invoice, the payment, everything (even the my time entry) but QB is still telling me i cant delete even no transactions are listed. what am i missing here?
