To clarify, the checking balance in the balance sheet report is less than what I currently have in the bank and what is shown on my dashboard. The bank and dashboard amounts match perfectly.
I'm getting texts with a 6 digit login code when I am not trying to log in. Is there a way to tell who is trying to log in?
After the move to Payroll core my login will not work I’ve been using the same login for 12 years did not have a problem Till moved her payroll core. Page says no company associated with my login. even from the email that says I’m all setAnybody else?
when I run the Profit and Loss Detail report, I have always been able to filter it by class. Now, the classes are not showing up in the drop down when I try to filter. Only Specified, Not Specified and All are in the drop down as options for some reason
The app that QB is no longer supporting is giving me trouble ever since the "update" that they said they would stop. It seems like they want to force us into the browser version.
Hello, I use the email function in QB to send my invoices. I have set my company preferences to autofill the fields "Transaction Number" and "Transaction Total." The "Transaction TOTAL" does not reflect payments that are applied to the invoice. For instance, my total is $1000. I have a payment/credit of $750. The "Balance Due" (which is on the invoice) is $250. There is no option in the drop down menu for "Transaction BALANCE", so I have to manually change the number. Is there any way I can get the Transaction Balance to show on the email instead of the Transaction Total? This seems like a major glitch.Thank you.
Hi there! We're a swim school company with multiple locations throughout the SE United States. We have recently upgraded to QBO Advanced in the hopes that we will be able to establish custom roles for our location managers to be able to login and see only their location specific banking (code and categorize credit card and banking transactions). They would not need to do anything else. School locations are organized by Class in our books, so I guess I'm asking if we can grant/limit permissions by class.
Over 3 wks ago I discovered 2 of my credit cards associated with my business accounts were removed by a staff of QB with live bookkeeping, since then I have not been able to re-sync the transactions for these 2 accts. I reported the issues, it still not fixed. Have anyone have this happened to them? If so how was it fixed and how long did it take to get resolved. This has been a frustrating experience as a new user of QB accounting.
Have been trying to use QB webmail since i downloaded QB 2021 and am not successful. Do i need to join the QB connect to be able to do this?
I have the app -- I had both -- but it doesn't want to sign me in. I don't understand. I use the same sign-in info, and now it's as if I am starting from nothing! Please help. I would be highly dissatisfied if I need to pay separately for a subscription online AND to access their mobile app.

When I run a balance sheet report, all of the categories are expanded. I want to collapse them so I can present a management summary. For example, they do not care how much is in each individual bank account, they just want to see the total of all accounts. Same with fixed assets, credit cards, etc. When I try the "Collapse" button on the report screen, the only category that collapses is the "Accounts Payable" category. All others remain expanded.
