I have an account with QBO and have used its free 30 day trial from 2 years ago. I'm still able to go into it. How do I erase all the data on it?
I've looked under Profile:Notifications and nothing there seems to indicate anything about emails about approvals. I get dozens of these weekly that is maddening. So before I set a gmail filter to automatically delete them (which I hesitate to do for good reasons) I need to find out how to do this natively in QuickBooks online.

Hello everyone, I am a university student and have the opportunity to be invited by a company (Terus) to be an employee. I have passed their interview and related information. At the end of this part, they gave me a challenge to pick a software and learn it myself and make a report for the software. I picked Quickbooks. Currently, I do not know where to start so I still only refer to documents but accidentally found this forum. I hope everyone can help me find the most suitable path. Thank you everyone!
INVOICE CREATION DATE. The date on my invoices does not auto populate to today. Fro example, I open invoices to create a new invoice today (for a brick n mortar purchase) and the date shown is last week. I have to keep manually change the date. is there something I need to click to have the date automatically show todays date when creating a new invoice?

The .pdf version of the report is good, has data, but if we export it to excel, the all the numbers are zero. What causes this?
We are unable to create a custom email address to email in receipts. Entering an address and clicking create returns the error "Something Went wrong while creating the email. You can contact support for help." I have contacted support and they were no help. Anyone ever find a solution to this on desktop?
We are unable to create an email to email receipts to in Quickbooks desktop. The error "Something went wrong while creating the email. How/where do I find those reports in QuickBooks Online?
I have a horror story about QB in recent weeks but I won't go into detail in this post. All I want to do is totally turn off data protect and reinstall it. My app is stuck on "Your session has expired. Sign out from Intuit Data Protect and sign in again." But I can't sign out. When I click on Sign Out I get another dialog box with OK and Cancel radio buttons. Clicking either one just brings me back to the previous screen. This issue has been going on for 5 days and my company file has not been backed up online since January 11th. I need to uninstall just this part of QB (or actually be able to sign out and back in) or update it to the most recent version, which it also can't do as long as it's in this error mode.
I have received an invitation for my company's quick books files. When I click on the link to accept, it prompts me to create an account. Once I fill out the questionaire, it tells me that I have an account. I cannot find a way to accept the invitation, as my only option when I click the inivation link is to create an account, however, I have one with that email address. Super frustrated.
My company used Intuit Online Payroll back in 2016. Obviously sunsetted, but we still have an Intuit account. We did not "chose to stay with us and move to the QuickBooks Online Payroll", although honestly we used to visit qbo.intuit.com for payroll services and I swore it was called QuickBooks Online Payroll Core:Either way, I can still sign into the account. I see the old subscription, no problem. It lists the "Squatch Creative" company name next to the Subscription, but when I click on it, I get this: I recently got an invite from a vendor to use QuickBooks Money with this account. When I go to accept the invite, there are 2 companies listed. The "Squatch Creative" above and another variation of the same company name (I do not have two companies). The client now wants to be removed from the bookkeeping firm's list and manage their QBO account independently.Is it possible to separate the client’s account from the bookkeeping firm's list without losing any data?If the bookkeeping firm removes the client’s account from their Online Accountant version, will the client’s company account be deleted permanently, or will they retain access to their QBO account separately?I’d appreciate any guidance or solutions on how to handle this situation.Thank you!Marufa
I am Treasurer for a small not for profit and have set up the QuickBooks data file for this NFP on my computer under my license (QB Pro Plus Desktop) that I use for my own businesses. A new treasurer is taking office. The NFP has purchased their own QuickBooks Pro Plus Desktop license. I just want to confirm that if I give her a backup via the cloud of the working data file to restore to her computer with the NFPs license, that it won't overwrite any of her license information - and vice versa. We may send the data file back and forth for a while as she wants me to check her work. (BTW QuickBooks online is ruled out as an option for us because of the reports we must generate.) Thanks!

hi allWe had been going strong with our non-profit and quickbooks desktop but knew we would have to transition sooner are later. Jump to January and with a half price offer, we bit. We were promised the world - initially told everything would transition with data migration. We were told our assisted payroll would have an equivalent in online. We did the data migration and realized that payroll did not migrate over. Everything else seemed ok but now there is a huge discrepancy between the balance sheets, reports that were printed from last year so that we can give to our bank to get a loan for an upcoming renovation. All of this being said, we have not been unable to find 1 person in quickbooks who can help us. We get referred to data migration, then to desktop, then to online. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start to get help? We have been paying for both desktop, payroll and online since January now. This has happened to multiple users in the last couple weeks since we went live with the mobile app. This morning, it's happening to me. Nothing resolves it. I've restarted my phone. I've cleared the app cache. It still says it cannot sync. The only thing we've found that "fixes" it is doing the "Reset app" option in the settings. Unfortunately, this causes data loss. Any time you've entered for the week is just gone. This has happened to multiple users, and they have to just fabricate time, which is obviously not good. Questions:1. What is the fix for this when it happens?2. When will this be permanently resolved?3. Why, in the year 2024, is an app "syncing" with the server instead of just doing real-time updates? This is insane! I get syncing the customer list or whatever, but why is the time entry data not REAL TIME. The instant I hit Clock In it should update the server, and if there's a problem, it should let me know immediately. It should NOT let me enter time all week
I received an email message to update my payment information for Intuit QuickBooks Payroll Annual Enhanced Unlimited Employees. When I click on the "Fix It" link in the email it takes me to a blank screen. When I signed in to CAMPS it does not show any payments or orders for any Payroll product, even though we have been using is for at least a year. How can I access my Payroll subscription so I can update the credit card?Also - that "Claim" option that is listed in many community answers is not available anywhere that I can see
I have used QB since 1999 and use payroll. There has been a struggle for a long time over who is the primary user on the account. (I am the ONLY user.) When I went to opt-out of something recently, I couldn't, because "You don't have permission. Contact the primary..." So after yet another hour with chat/support, they're telling me to change the Intuit ID setting and I am the "primary," just can't do "primary" things. I can't afford to lose 22 years' of QB, so I thought maybe someone here knew if this was a dangerous thing or a normal thing. (I'm not a QB expert. I just know how to use it.) Does anyone know if changing the "realm ID" is a dangerous thing?
