I updated Chrome and don't want to continue seeing "Your reports may not display correctly if you're using an outdated version of Google Chrome" - I updated after I saw it the first time.
Have checked printer setting and they are NOT set to fit onto one page. Have 4 different printers and all print the same, so it doesn't appear to be a printer setting. It's something within QBO

I'm not the daily user of QB, and I'm trying to help the bookkeeping staff.
I am trying to inactivate old customers but they have projects attached to them. Is there a way to inactivate multiple projects at once?
If I run a Transaction Detail by Account Report for a certain date by default it will show all the accounts. When I try to customize that report by selecting the specific accounts I want to see it shows me "This report does not contain any data", which is not true because I just saw those transactions in the accounts when "All accounts" was the option. I've tried also selecting the parent accounts and still nothing.
The report was listed under tax reports on the desktop version. I don't see anything with the online version. If it's there tell me.
How QB Online, Premier, Desktop and Enterprise differ each other? How does it work in each configuration?
I have been using the QBO App in the ledger version for a few months now with no problems. Ability to scan reciepts etc. One day I get a error message when I click on the account: "Couldn't Sign In, This account doesn't include access to QuickBooks Online. Please select a different company, or try signing in with a different account." One particular company is the only one Im having issues with. I can access all of the other companies. Also, I can access this said account on the desktop. This is only a mobile app issue. I have uninstalled and installed again. Same issue. What is the issue? The version? The app itself? Only receipts? Why did I once have the ability to use the app? And now I don't? Do I need to upgrade?

I cannot continue with QB if this is not fixed SOOOON. WHY do they have SO MANY issues with the bank connections?

Hello,I've been a quickbooks online user for about 5 years. I mostly use the app on my phone which I pay for annually through the apple app store. Most recently I paid $125 in May for a year of service but I am unable to log into the app. When I try to log into the app, I get an error message stating that there is no account associated with my email address. I called Apple to confirm that the payment was received. My email has not changed. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app but I get the same error message. I was able to log directly into the website two days ago but now I get the same error message stating that there is no account associated with my email. I contacted customer service three times and no one was able to fix this problem. They could see that I had an account but I was told different things like, "sometimes the app acts funny" or "we may be phasing the app out" or "we'll open a case and send you daily updates." I received one update days ago that said they've o
The report shows fine on the screen but the exported file when opened is missing half the information.
I recently changed my LLC to an S-Corp and I am trying to make sure that I have all of the documentation. One of the things I need is a balance sheet for 2023, and I was hoping Quickbooks Self-Employed may already have a feature to create it for me. Anyone else in the same situation?
