I have a budget for a project set up in 2023. Actual expenses for 2024 will not show on the report even though I change the dates to all dates
I need to create a "Sales by City" report to capture the revenue by city. The ship to address in the reports, omits the actual city. I cannot use the report by ZIP CODE because some cities near me have the same zip code but income tax must be paid to actual city not zip code

We sold our business march 1, 2023, new owners are keeping the same name, same vendors and same customers. They are taking over the quick books program as well, do we need to start a whole new company file when the name stays the same just owners names, and if how do I have to close out the previous owners financials as of February 28th
The amount reported as "taxable" is actually the subtotal of the invoice/receipt. The nontaxable portion is not reported as nontaxable. I have a case into QBO shupport to look into the problem but in the mean time I had to create a spreadsheet to manually calculate the actual taxable sales by opening everyone of the transactions and get the actual taxable sales from the body of the invoice/receipt.
I ran a Account QuickReport to see what has been posted so far. I then noticed the NEW Drilldown report, so I select it to see what it was. First thing I found was that the data was NOT the same. Mainly the values, example - Original Report had Value of $351.95, when I switched over to the Drilldown report it has $202.96 - Why?
We are in dire need of a Quickbooks Online Account to have a Master Admin change approved so we can get acccess to our company's books. It has been weeks since I uploaded the form and was given a Case number. I did speak with someone at Quickbooks ago and he could see the items I uploaded so they do have them. He said we would just have to wait but the account has been closed since March of 2023 so time is running out because I'm told after 1 year we won't be able to access the account any longer. No one at Quickbooks seems to know how long it takes and from some reviews I've read it takes forever. Is anyone who works for Quickbooks on here that can help expedite this? Thank you!
UNABLE TO CONNECT MY TWO BUSINESSES THROUGH QUCIKBOOKS CONNECT
Hello community, Let me start by saying I know very little about accounting. I own a small business (about 200k per year total sales) When I input data into my check register I see that I have a negative $500,000 balance.I'm considering just starting a "new business" in QB to have a clean slate for this year. It's probably way too simplistic, but I also thought, if I'm 500k in the red maybe there's a way to add 500k to the account to balance it out so I can start clean. The thought of inputting all the companies data to start a new business seems like too much work. Thanks for any suggestions.
I can only find the last quarter in 2023 for the Federal 941. Where are the prior quarters?
Invited me as an accountant user with the same email address to my regular QBO access.
QBDT Lost All Credit Card Reconciliations 2015 through last reconciliation of Sept of 2022.- QuickBooks Desktop, I started in a company this Jan of 2024, and came in as the Senior Accounting Manager, first cleaning up 2023 financials through QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.- The A/P dept merged some duplicate Credit Card Accounts together and lost years of all credit card reconciliations, from American Express C/C.- These all had once been reconciled, and now back to 2015 to present are all gone. I did need to reconcile 2023 for this new company I am at. I found out there were 2 to 3 different duplicate credit card accounts, with different varying transactions in each. I needed to take a moment to think what was best to be able to make move these 7 difference accounts back into the original 3 credit card accounts. Before decision was made, I just find out that those just were merged by the A/P Department. Now I see that all the reconciliations are lost back to 2015. I do not even ha

I do not even have all the statements dating back to then. The last known reconciliation that was correct was in September 2022 before the duplicates and merge. Can I actually enter the amount of that last known reconciliation and run it for all years past at the same
Can someone help me understand why I cannot edit posts from one account to a subaccount? I open the post, change the account, save and close, and it reverts back to original account. I do it again and again. I try closing out of the account and going back in, and 8 times out of 10 it is still incorrect. I have wasted an hour trying to move 10 posts into other accounts? HELP!
I receive a message that says "Sorry page is not available"
The @gmail is also used to login for QuickBooks Online- Company B (except it's just the first part of the email address, no @gmail, and it has a different password.) So I want Company A and B to be on the same login for QBO.
